Suche kurzfristig ab zum 17. Juni eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein ca. 20qm großes Zimmer in einer 2er WG in Bad Godesberg. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 60qm, die Küche, das Badezimmer sowie eine kleines Zimmer (9qm), das hauptsächlich zum Wäsche trocknen und bügeln genutzt wird, stehen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung bereit.
Die Verkehrsverbindungen sind sehr gut, eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vorm Haus, nur wenige Minuten bis zum Bahnhof und von dort erreicht man in 5 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das andere Zimmer wird derzeit von einer 21 Jährigen netten und ruhigen Studentin bewohnt. Für den Haushalt gibt es einen Putzplan, so dass jeder zu einer bestimmten Zeit fest Aufgaben übernimmt.
