Mein Zimmer wird zwischen dem 20.12.2015 - 11.03.2016 frei, weil ich ein Praktikum in Bochum mache. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Vertiko und weiteren zweckmäßigen Kleinmöbeln).
Zur Mitbenutzung steht die Küche, Esszimmer, Bad und separates WC. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet, Spülmaschine und alles was man so braucht. Waschmaschine ist im Keller und kann mitbenutzt werden.
My room will be available the period of time 20.12.2015 - 11.03.2016. The room is fully equipped (bed, cupboards, desk, chair ...) There is shared use of the kitchen, bath, dining room and seperate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped as well you'll find everything you need. Moreover there is a washer in the basement.
Die Lage ist wirklich günstig, nur zwei Minuten aus der Haustür und man ist bei der U-Bahn Station Wurzerstraße. Die Postbank und Telekom, Deutsche Welle, UNO sind wenige U-Bahn resp. Bushaltestellen entfernt. Die Uni ist auch bequem mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen, Bahnfahrt ca. 15 Min.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Min., der Rhein 20 Min., City von Bad Godesberg 15 Min. die Bonner Innenstadt mit der U-Bahn 15 Min. entfernt.
The underground station Wurzerstrasse is 2 mins by walk. The location is great for employee/students/intership (Deutsche welle, United Nations, DHL, Telekom). It takes 15 minutes to reach the university of Bonn and the city centre with the underground.
Grocery shops are in walking distance (5min)
Ich wohne in der WG erst seit Oktober und suche wie gesagt jemanden zur Zwischenmiete. Ich erwarte nicht, dass jemand genau für den angegebenen Zeitraum was sucht, solltest du also für einen kürzeren Zeitraum das Zimmer brauchen bin ich recht flexibel.
Das WG Leben ist ziemlich ruhig, weil die anderen beiden berufstätig sind. Aber wenn man sich über den Weg läuft ist es trotzdem nett und am Wochenende wird auch schon mal zusammen gegessen.
I don't expect anyone to look for a room for this specific period of time (20.12.2015 - 11.03.2016) so feel free to contact me if you are looking for something for a shorter period of time.
The life in this shared appartment is pretty calm since the two others are working. Nevertheless you can have nice moments if you meet throughout the day. On the weekend we eat sometimes together but rather spontanously than planned ahead.
Wenn du Fan von Natur bist, dann kann ich die Ecke auf jeden Fall empfehlen. In nur 10 Minuten ist man im großen Wald und in 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Rhein. Auch liegt der riesige Rheinauenpark (die grüne Lunge der Stadt) ganz in der Nähe und das Siebengebirge ist auch nicht weit.
If you are a fan of the outdoors I highly recommend this area. Close by there is a big forest and the Rhein river. Moreover there is the giant park "Rheinaue" and some small mountains in a 30 minutes bike distance.
