Da ich im Mai ausziehe, sucht meine Mitbewohnerin eine Nachmieterin.
Ich ziehe nur aus weil mein Freund und ich zusammenziehen, sonst würde ich da bleiben.
Die Lage ist nämlich perfekt, da die Bahnstation 200m entfernt ist und direkt in die Bonner Innenstadt und nach Köln durchfährt.
Das Zimmer ist riesig und bietet viel Platz. Die Küche hat alles enthalten und das WC ist auch super.
WLAN Vertrag ist auch schon abgeschlossen (15€ im Monat) und falls du das Bett brauchst, kannst du es gerne übernehmen für 100€.
