Wir sind eine junge Familie mit 3 Kindern (0, 3 und 5 Jahre) und vermieten im 2. OG unseres Einfamilienhauses eine Wohnung mit 2 WG-Zimmern und großem Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küche.
In allen Zimmern sind Dachschrägen vorhanden. Ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche ist auf der gleichen Etage vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und können mitgenutzt werden.
Die Küche ist komplett vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist mit Bett (mit Matratze), Schreibtisch, Regal und Kleiderschrank möbliert.
Wichtig ist uns ein nettes Miteinander! Wir wollen nicht nur nebeneinander sondern auch miteinander wohnen. Allerdings auch mit viel Freiraum und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Wir treffen uns gerne auf eine Tasse Kaffee oder ein Glas Wein mit unseren Mitbewohnern oder kochen gemeinsam etwas. Da wir zwei Kleinkinder haben ist eine gegenseitige Rücksichtsnahme notwendig...
Two rooms for rent from 01.01.2018
We are a young family with a two toddlers and a baby and are leasing two rooms with a big kitchen/dining-room in the 2nd floor of our house.
The private bathroom with a shower is on the same floor. A washing machine and a dryer are on the ground floor and can be used.
The kitchen is completely furnished. The rooms have a bed (with mattress), a desk, a rack and a closet.
Das Haus liegt im Herzen von Bad Honnef nur 900 m von der Fachhochschule entfernt. Die Straßenbahn nach Bonn ist in 5-10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und fährt dann 25 - 35 min (je nachdem wo man hin will...)
The house is located in the center of Bad Honnef only 900 m away from the university.
Wir suchen eine nette, kinderliebe Mitbewohnerin, die Lust auf eine freundliche Wohnatmosphäre mit "Familienanschluss" haben (die Wohnung wird durch ein gemeinsam genutztes Treppenhaus erreicht).
We are looking for a friendly room-mates who loves children and want to live in a pleasant atmosphere with a small family (the rooms can be reached through the common used stairway).
