Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und befindet sich im 1. OG und hat einen schönen Balkon. Dein Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, wodurch der Raum schön hell ist. Es ist ca. 12 qm groß und aktuell wird es vom Vormieter als Büro genutzt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Beuel-Bechlinghoven. Die Bahnstation "Vilich" sowie zwei Bushaltestellen sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Somit ist man in 15-20 min in der Innenstadt. Die Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus sind auch gut. Insgesamt ist die Lage eher ruhig, jedoch trotzdem zentral, da die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut ist.
Durch die Größe der Wohnung kann man sich sowohl gut aus dem Weg gehen, wenn man einmal etwas Freiraum benötigt als auch zusammen im Wohnzimmer oder auf dem Balkon sitzen oder kochen. Insgesamt würde ich mir ein geselliges Zusammenleben wünschen, wobei aber jeder noch genügend Freiraum hat. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, koche und feiere sofern die Lage es zulässt auch mal ganz gerne. Deine Freunde sind natürlich auch immer willkommen.
