Ich biete die Mitbenutzung meiner drei Zimmer, Küche, Diel, Bad Dachgeschgosswohnung, ca. 65 qm Wfl., an. Die Wohnung wird z. Zt. aufwendig renoviert und saniert (neues Bad, neue Elektrik, die Böden werden aufgearbeitet, kompletter Neuanstrich). Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, eine Waschaschine steht zur Verfügung. Küche, Ess- Wohnzimmer und Bad sind gemeinsam zu Nutzen, Du solltest nur Deine eigene Zimmereinrichtung mitbringen. Die Wohnung kostet 495€ kalt, die Umlage für Müll, Grundsteuern u.s.w. beträgt 75€. Für Gas und Strom rechne ich 130€. So dass die Gesamtkosten 700€ betragen. Inklusive aller Nebenkosten wären dies für jeden von uns 350€ warm. Die Whng. liegt absolut zentral in Beuel.
