Hi ich bin Anfang des Monats neu in die Dreizimmerwohnung gezogen. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, was ihr einen gemütlichen Charme verpasst. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert.
Eine Küche habe ich bereits organisiert (mit Spülmaschine), das Wohnzimmer befindet sich grade in der Entstehungsphase.
Im freien Zimmer liegt momentan eine Gästematratze die falls gewünscht mit Lattenrost übernommen werden kann. Du kannst aber auch gerne was eigenes mitbringen. Das Zimmer ist nicht riesig, der Platz reicht aber für Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Bett.

in 3 Minuten ist man in Beuel am Bahnhof. Parkplätze vor der Tür eigentlich kein Problem. Ansicht ziemlich ruhig.
