Ich vermiete mein voll möbliertes Zimmer in meiner vierer-WG in Bonn-Beuel! Das Zimmer ist verfügbar im Zeitraum vom 15. Juli bis zum 15. August (einen Monat!). Miete ist 340€ (Internet, GEZ, etc., alles einberechnet), plus 150€ Kaution. Das Zimmer hat 21m2 und direkten Balkonzugang :) Die WG ist nur fünf Minuten Fußweg vom Konrad Adenauer Platz entfernt, dort könnt ihr mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln weiterfahren. Der Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz (Innenstadt) ist nur eine Haltestelle weiter und der Bonner Hbf ist mit der U66 drei Haltestellen entfernt. Alternativ kann auch gerne mein Fahrrad mitbenutzt werden :) Bitte um direkte Nachricht, danke!
I'm subletting my fully furnished room in my shared apartment (3 people + you) in Bonn-Beuel! The room would be available from 15th of July until 15th of August (one month!)! Rent is 340€ for that month (Wifi and all costs included), 21sq.m, direct access to our pretty balcony plus a 150€ deposit. The apartment is 5 minutes walking distance from Konrad Adenauer Platz, where you can take public transportation. You can reach Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz (city center) by only one stop and you can take the U66 and arrive at the Bonn Central Station by 3 stops.
