Das freie Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem bequemen Bett, mit Schreibtisch, Schrank und Schubladen Komode, es gibt eine Schräge mit einem gr. Dachfenster. Sehr gerne vereinbaren wir einen Termin um sich die Whg anzusehen und die Bewohner kennenzulernen.
Das Haus auf der Heerstr. liegt super zentral und man ist fußläufig in wenigen Minten im Stadtzentrum, in der Altstadt und am Hauptbahnhof. Ein großzügiger Innenhof ermöglich es Fahrräder dort sicher zu deponieren.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 min. in Poppelsdorf oder am Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem PKW braucht man 4 min. auf die Autobahn und zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in 8 min. zu erreichen. Diverse Busse fahren von der Haltestellen "Heerstraße" an der Bornheimerstraße ab. Auch die Innenstadt mit allen Geschäften ist fußläufig bequem erreichbar. Die Altstadt mit all ihren Bars und Cafes ist direkt um die Ecke.

Die Wg ist voll ausgestattet und auch Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Haus zur Verfügung. Wir sind eine internationale WG und schätzen einen respektvollen und gepflegten Umgang.
