I offer a small, beautiful and cozy room in the Southern part of Bonn, with a garden just below the Godesburg tower/castle.
The offer is from the 15th Oct 2023 until at least the 29th Feb 2024, with possibility of extension.
The room has a laminated floor with a black rug with circular patterns. It looks cozy for warmer autumn and winter evenings. The room will be given WITHOUT FURNITURE. There is the possibility to sell you one furniture for the room and two for the kitchen. It will be explained in the Sonstiges tab.
The garden next to the room is wonderful for relaxing, having a cup of tea and having a nice lunch when there is nice weather, as I did today and yesterday. It has a couple of tables and chairs and sometimes a beautiful cat comes to make you company.
The location of the house is very well connected to public transportation services and to shopping possibilities. It is located just two blocks away from Bad Godesberg's center and Kinopolis cinema.
In summary:
- 4 Minutes away to BG's center and commercial zone/ shopping mall
- 7 Minutes to Plittersdorferstraße U-Bahn
- 10 Minutes to Bonn - Bad Godesberg Bf (from there, city center is only 6 min. away by train)

The WG has many shopping possibilities in the surrounding. We have Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann, DM, Woolworth, several Middle Eastern shops, pizza, falafel and sushi places, restaurants of several international gastronomies and cafes.
Additionally, we are just 3 minutes away from the Godesburg hill, where you can go for a hiking to clear your mind, activate yourself and enjoy this beautiful medieval castle that survived a siege in the Middle Ages. For real Millennials this is an opportunity to bring back your Age of Empires II memories. For everybody, the opportunity to take a cup of tea next to a castle and enjoy the restaurant at the top.
Life in the WG is simple. You will share the space with Juliana from the Caribbean. She can have nice conversations with you. You will share with him the kitchen, the restroom and the bathroom. She works normally in the mornings.
Juliana speaks only Spanish and German.
As the offer date is very close I am planning to conduct the interviews this weekend.
The place has to be taken from the 15th Oct.
Interviews only in person.
You pay me only the Kaltmiete. The Nebenkosten are paid separately between you and the neighbor depending on your consumption.
We can arrange the payment of the Kaution.
I am looking for someone nice who can treat the room with care.
The offer is a sublet. There could be a possibility of extension of the stay, and even there is the possibility of taking over the main contract, depending on external factors. I would let you know in any case.
The person taking the room should also take my 2 cupboards for the kitchen and one furniture with drawers that you can take to the room, for 70 EUR. (You will need them ;) ) The person taking them will have preference in the selection process.
