Die Zimmer sind alle frisch renoviert und sind auf Erdgeschoss und Souterrain verteilt. 2 WC-Räume, 1 Badezimmer, 1 Duschraum, Waschmaschine in separater Waschküche. Erdgeschoss mit Marmorboden und grosser Terrasse (ca. 50qm) Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche zur Terrasse mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Herd und Küchenzeile. Im Souterrain gibt es auch einen Raum, der als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden kann. Es gibt mehrere Zugänge für das Souterrain. Eine regensichere Fahrradunterstellung .
Die beiden Zimmer im Souterrain haben eine Balkontür zum Hof hin. Der Hof kann auch als Terrasse genutzt werden.
Es gibt schon eine gemischte WG im Haus, alles Studenten.
