Vermietet wird ein Zimmer in unserer zentral gelegenen Wohnung in Bonn. Wir wohnen hier als Paar und freuen uns unser drittes Gäste-/Bürozimmer einmal pro Woche an angenehme PendlerInnen zu vermieten. Es sollte entweder immer von Montag auf Dienstag oder von Dienstag auf Mittwoch bevorzugt vermietet werden. Wir würden für eine Nacht pro Woche gerne etwa 65 € erhalten. Bettzeug und Handtücher stellen wir zur Verfügung sowie die Reinigung des Zimmers.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll - und somit zum Wohlfühlen. Genutzt werden kann neben dem eigenen Zimmer mit Balkonzugang die große Wohnküche sowie das Bad. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Schlafcouch, einen Bildschirm mit Chromecast, sowie einen Schreibtisch und 2 Bildschirme - ideal auch für Homeoffice.

We rent a room in our centrally located apartment in Bonn. We live here as a couple and are happy to rent out our third guest/office room once a week to pleasant commuters. It should always be rented out from Monday to Tuesday or from Tuesday to Wednesday. We would like to receive around €65 for one night per week. We provide bedding and towels as well as cleaning the room.
The furnishings are very cozy and stylish - and therefore make you feel good. In addition to your own room with balcony access, you can also use the large kitchen-living room and bathroom. The room has a sofa bed, a screen with Chromecast, as well as a desk and 2 screens - also ideal for home office.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (Grenze Altstadt), bietet dennoch Ruhe und etwas Natur drumherum.
Nah gelegen gibt es Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants. Die Straßenbahn ist 6 min zu Fuß. Der nächste Bus nur 2 Minuten. Der Bahnhof ist in 12 min fußläufig zu erreichen.
