Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß. Zudem gibt es einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Alle Möbel (großes Bett mit integrierten Schubladen, Kommode, Regal, Schreibtisch etc.) bleiben drin und sollen natürlich in dem gleichen guten Zustand wie jetzt auch wieder hinterlassen werden. Gleiches gilt für den Rest der Wohnung (Küche, Bad Flur).
Die Lage ist perfekt, man braucht 1 min zur Bushaltestelle "Wiesenweg". Von da aus kommt man mit dem Bus innerhalb von 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Alle 5 min fahren Busse zum Hbf und vom Hbf zurück zum Wiesenweg. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 7 min zum Bahnhof.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, dm, Conrad, Knauber liegen nur einen Fußweg von 10 min entfernt.
Ein Fitnessstudio ist ebenfalls nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist 23 Jahre alt, studiert Tourismuswirtschaft und absolviert ihr Praktikum in Bonn.
