We are looking for a girl that would like to move in with us.
Our apartment is a cute 3 people apartment, with a retro kitchen fully equipped, a spacious bathroom with a nice tub, we also have a smaller guest bathroom and a lovely balcony which we can enjoy.
Your room will be available from the 1st of June. It is approx. 17 square meters, partially furnished with 1 window. The total price is 250€ per month (including radio tax, electricity and internet) with e deposit of 400€.
The apartment is located on KölnStrasse near the beautiful Alt Stadt (the famous cherry blossom street), very close to the center, 17 min walking from the main train station. Bus stop is 5 minutes away, tram station is literally 1 minute away, and you can enjoy going for a stroll along the Rhine and it takes approx. 10 minutes to get there.
Nearby you can find Netto, Aldi, Rewe, a DHL filial, an Asian supermarket, Turkish supermarket, with plenty of cute little cafes and delicious restaurants that you’ll be able to enjoy once the lockdown is over :D
The apartment is currently shared by Gustavo (28) from El Salvador and Jamila (29) from Italy.
Our sweet old flatmate is moving out to have new adventures elsewhere, and Gustavo and I (Jamila) will be staying in the apartment.
Gustavo works as an engineer in a company here in Bonn and I am at the last year of my International Relations studies and currently writing my thesis.
The both of us are searching for a friendly, open minded flatmate, with whom we can share a good laugh, and nice chats with food (preferably some wine/beers).
We would like to have a harmonious and relaxed environment, and a person that would contribute in creating a homie feeling with whom we can also share experiences with. For instance, Gustavo and I really like skating together, and love doing other fun activities together.
It would be great if our new flatmate is also a person who is proactive in the participation of the house chores and shares our values on cleanliness.
