I will only sublet for the month of March first (furnished) and will know within the next week or so if April is also possible. But there are 2 more rooms free from April in our flat so you wouldn't have to be homeless even if I had to come back for April :) And from May 1st the room (without my furniture) is definitely free. Also Zwischenmiete erstmal nur für März, vermutlich auch April - das klärt sich sehr bald. Falls ich für April nochmal wiederkomme, könntest du aber ziemlich sicher in eines der anderen Zimmer ziehen (es werden 2 im Laufe März frei). Bitte nur schreiben, wenn das für dich klar geht 👍
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, wunderschön mit hoher Decke und schrägen, 2 Fenstern und Ausblick auf einen Baum bzw. die Dächer Bonns. Viel Platz, eingebaute Couch und bis Mitte April/01.05 auch schön möbliert :)
The room is super light and beautiful, 2 windows, high ceiling and a tree in front of the window so you can sit on your sofa and look out into the tree :)
Mega gut, 2min vom Hbf aber weit genug weg um leise zu sein. In 2min ist man auch am Botanischen Garten, in Poppelsdorf, direkt in der Südstadt. Lage kann echt nicht besser sein.
Right in the city centre, super close to central station but still really quiet (amazing, really) probably because it's so high up. You can climb out on the roof in the summer and enjoy the nights there.
Das ist etwas unruhig weil sich die WG auflöst - wer also eine innige Gemeinschaft sucht, kommt grade nicht auf seine Kosten aber diese könnte bald wieder entstehen, wenn die WG sich neu zusammenfindet. Im ganzen Haus sind außerdem nur WGs und immer wieder Partys für alle, also viele Möglichkeiten neue Leute kennenzulernen.
Right now we are all moving out because we all have jobs, so there will be a new mix of people in the flat :)
Ich werde für die Zwischenmiete ein paar Bücher und Klamotten in einem Schrank und unter dem Bett lassen - hoffe das ist ok - es ist auch auf jeden Fall mehr als genug Platz da für dich (leerer Schreibtisch, großer leerer Schrank, kleiner leerer Schrank).
