ich vermiete ein Zimmer in einer WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wirklich guten Lage. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß. Eines der größten Zimmer, die man in einer WG finden kann. Die Wohnung ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Rhein entfernt. Dank der Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor dem Haus ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.
In der Wohnung wohnt Nikesh, er ist Englischlehrer, und Sudeep ist Informatiker. Beide sind sehr nett, Nikesh kommt aus Kanada, er spricht sehr gut Englisch und Deutsch. Sudeep ist aus Indien und er spricht nur Englisch. Wir machen den Wohnbereich immer pünktlich sauber und man hört nicht viel Lärm in der Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist ab 01.07.23 verfügbar. Die Warmmiete beträgt 436€ + Internet + Strom. Das sind ungefähr 100€ im Monat.
Eine Waschmaschine ist bereits vorhanden, der neue Mieter muss 150€ für die Waschmaschine und 50€ für die Möbel in der Küche bezahlen.
Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße, die meist jederzeit verfügbar sind.
