Schnell in der Innenstadt, schnell auf der Autobahn, trotzdem nicht laut: das Zimmer geht nach hinten raus und hat einen Balkon mit Südausrichtung.
Die Wohnung hat Tageslicht-Bad und Wohn-Küche, die Küchenzeile bleibt hier, keine Abstandszahlung fällig, jedoch Kautionsanteil (ca. 2 Monatsmieten).
Es gibt Fahrradkeller und -ständer und oben einen Dachboden zum Wäschetrocknen.
Da ich ein paar Tage Urlaub mache, erfolgen Antworten erst nächstes Wochenende, Besichtigungen die Woche darauf, d.h. ihr bekommt am 15. April Bescheid gesagt.
