Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, ohne Aufzug. Es hat 3 Zimmer, in denen wir das Hauptschlafzimmer, sowie eine Küche und einen großen Balkon anbieten.
Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, mit Blick auf den Platz und mit Blick auf die Kathedrale. Die Fenster sind neu und gut isoliert.
Alle Möbel sind (optional) mit einem sehr hohen Rabatt erhältlich. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Abstellraum für Fahrräder, Keller und alles, was Sie brauchen.
Derzeit ist ein Mieter in der Wohnung, und das andere kleinere Zimmer wird ebenfalls zur Miete angeboten, da zwei der drei Personen ein Paar sind, das zwei Zimmer gemietet hat und jetzt auszieht. Das andere Zimmer wird auch zur Miete angeboten für 260 plus Nebenkosten.

The apartment is in the 4th floor, with no elevator. It has 3 rooms, in which we offer the master-bedroom, plus a kitchen and a big balcony.
The room is large and bright, facing the square and with a view of the cathedral. The windows are new with good insulation.
All furniture is available (optionally) at a very high discount. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, storage for bicycles, cellar and everything you need.
Currently there is one tenant in the apartment, and the other smaller room is offered for rent as well, because two of the tree people are a couple, renting two rooms, and are now moving out. The other room is also offered for rent at 260 plus expenses.
