Zwischenmiete in schönem Zimmer in Altstadtnähe!!

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Kölnstraße. Zu Fuß bist du innerhalb von 5 Minuten bei der Straßenbahnstation Rosental. Die schöne Bonner Altstadt mit jeder Menge Cafés, Kneipen und kleinen Läden liegt auch um die Ecke. Aldi, Rewe und kleine Lebensmittelläden sind innerhalb von 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und wenn's ganz schnell gehen muss, haben wir gegenüber auch eine kleine Pizzeria:) Selbst zum Hauptbahnhof geht es in 5-15 Minuten, je nach Art der Fortbewegung.
Und wenn du es sportlich magst, bist du in 5 Minuten an der Rheinpromenade und kannst
spazieren gehen, joggen oder Rad fahren. Und faulenzen natürlich auch!
Wenn du ein Rad hast, kannst du das sicher und trocken bei uns im Hausflur abstellen. Autoparkplätze findest du in der Gegend aber auch.

The flat is close to the Kölnstraße. You can reach the Rosental tram station in 5 minutes on foot. The beautiful old town of Bonn with its numerous cafés, pubs and small shops is also just around the corner. Aldi, Rewe and small grocery shops are a 2-5 minute walk away and if you need a quick bite to eat, we also have a small pizzeria across the street:) Even the main train station is 5-15 minutes away, depending on how you get around.
And if you like sport, in 5 minutes you can be on the Rhine and go walking, jogging or cycling. And, of course, you can also laze around!
If you have a bicycle, you can park it safely and dry in our ground floor. You can also find parking spaces in the area.

In der Wohngemeinschaft lebst du mit Ida und Nora zusammen. Ida macht ihren Master in Paläontologie, sie ist auch neu in Bonn, und wenn man mit ihr zusammen wohnt, duftet es jeden Morgen in der Küche nach Kaffee. Nora macht eine Ausbildung zur Orgelbauerin, sie geht gerne spazieren, auf Konzerte in Bonn, und sie backt sehr gut. Du wirst sie oft in der Küche treffen und kannst dich mit ihnen über alle möglichen Themen unterhalten. Außerdem gehen sie gerne ins Kino oder zu einer Aktivität außerhalb des Hauses.

Und du hast es wahrscheinlich schon geahnt: Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, manchmal unternehmen wir gerne etwas zusammen.

In the flat share, you will live with Ida and Nora. Both of them study in Bonn, Ida is studying for a master's degree in Paleontology, she is also new in Bonn, and living with her, the kitchen smells coffee every morning and Nora is studying organ building, she likes to go for walks, concerts I Bonn, and she bakes really well. At many times you will meet them in the kitchen and you will be able to talk pleasantly about all kinds of topics. Moreover, they would be happy to go to the cinema or to an activity outside the house.

And you've probably already guessed it: we're not a flat share, sometimes we like to do things together.
