Das Haus befindet sich an der Grenze zwischen Kessenich und Dottendorf, 1min entfernt von der Haltestelle Quirinusplatz. Ein grosser Plus ist der REWE, der nicht mal 50m entfernt liegt.
Die Lage ist optimal fuer Praktikanten/Mitarbeiter
der GIZ, Telekom, DW, DHL, aufgrund der Nähe zu diesen Unternehmen (15min Fuss; Fahrrad 5min).
Die Location ist top.
The house is well located at the border between Bonn Kessenich/Dottendorf, 1min away from the stop "Quirinusplatz", in which the tram 61 &62 take you within 15min to the city centre. The pinnacle of the flat is the REWE located a couple of meters away. The room is suitable for interns/workers of GIZ, Telekom, DW, DHL etc., due to its proximity to these companies. The Locatiommn is A+
Insgesamt leben 4 Leuten in dem Haus. Wir sind eine WG, die eher fuer Berufstaetige geeignet ist. Nichtdestotrotz ist die Atmosphaere sehr entspannt und familiaer. Wir arbeiten viel und sind viel unterwegs. Der Vermieter wohnt ebenfalls im Haus und ist sehr korrekt.
In total there are 4 people living in the house. We are a workers flat, and the vacant room would be more suitable for a worker. The atmosphere is tranquil and friendly, we are always busy and some of us are always away. The owner of the house also lives in the house, and is a reliable person.
Im Haus wohnt ebenfalls ein Kater, also nicht geeignet fuer Allergiker.
In the house lives a cat, so allergics should think twice.
