Hello everybody!
A new roommate is needed for a 3er WG!
The WG is located in Bonn, Dottendorf a very nice and peaceful neighborhood in the South of Bonn. Overall, It has 3 bedrooms (one for each inhabitant), 1 bathroom/toilet and one kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen are shared by all of the three inhabitants. The room to rent is about 15 sqm in size and has a window and the floor is carpeted. The apartment is mostly furnished. Since I will move out, I will take some of the furniture with me. When I came I had bought everything so I would ask you for some compensation for what I will leave (will not be much) and we can discuss that once we meet.
Our apartment is located in Oberer Lindweg Straße in Bonn Dottendorf. Supermarkets are at the walking distance of a few minutes (Rewe, Edeka, and Lidl). The house is close to all sorts of public transport (Tram, Bus and U-Bahn) all within a walking distance of a few minutes. The 631 bus stop is only 3 minutes away, 61 tram is at a 7 minutes' walk and U-Bahn 66 and 63 (Ollenhauerstr.) are at about 10 minutes walking distance.
The WG is mainly a female WG, I was the only male living there who is now moving out. Your new neighbors will be both females and both of them are students.
