Kurz vor meinem Umzug wird das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners frei.
Der Preis gilt pro Woche inkl. allem (also auch Strom und W-lan).
Möbel werden, anders als auf den Fotos zu sehen, drin sein.
Die Küche, das Bad und den großen Flur teilen wir uns und ein Gäste WC ist auch vorhanden.
In Duisdorf an der Grenze zu Endenich mit seiner allseits beliebten Kulturmeile.
Die S Bahn Haltestelle Helmholtzstraße liegt direkt vor der Haustür und in 6 min ist man am Hauptbahnhof.
Lebensmittelmärkte, Apotheken, Baumarkt, Bäckereien, Buchhandlung, Cafés, Restaurants, Friseure usw. im Umkreis von max. 3 km erreichbar.
Ich werde in den Umzugsvorbereitungen stecken und eher keine WG-Leben-Pflege betreiben. Respektvoller Umgang und Sympathie sind natürlich trotzdem Voraussetzung ;-)
Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind noch ein bisschen flexibel. Frag mich einfach nach Deinem konkreten Terminwunsch.
Ach ja, ich habe eine Hündin! Die bellt schonmal, wenn Du reinkommst, tut aber nix.
