Helles WG-Zimmer in entspannter 3er WG

Die Lage ist ruhig aber immer noch recht zentral. Zum nächsten Supermarkt (Netto) läuft man 5 Minuten und auch Aldi, Penny, Rewe oder DM sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zur Duisdorfer Fußgängerzone läuft man auch nicht lange, dort gibt es eine Auswahl an Geschäften und sogar ein kleines Thalia. Außerdem ist die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, man fährt etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Hauptbahnhof, also dem Zentrum Bonns. Alternativ kann man auch die Bahn nehmen, die ist etwas weiter entfernt (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg), fährt aber nur 5 Minuten. In der Nähe befindet sich außerdem das Meßdorferfeld, auf dem man schön spazieren gehen kann.

The area around the flat is quiet but still relatively central. The nect supermarket (Netto) is 5 minutes by feet and Aldi, Penny, Rewe or DM are also in walking distance. The Duisdorfer Fußgängerzone is close by and there are some little shops like for example Thalia. The bus stop is right in front of the door and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the central station, the centrum of Bonn. You could also take the tram, it's a bit further away (like 10 minutes) but it only takes 5 minutes until Bonn central. Another thing close by is the Meßdorfer fields, where you can take good walks.

Zum Start des WG-Lebens kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, da auch die beiden anderen Zimmer untervermietet sein werden. Nach 2 Monaten lebst du aber mit Amelie und Robin zusammen, beide studieren an der Alanus in Alfter. Robin zieht auch frisch ein und Amelie wohnt seit März 2020 in der WG, wobei sich durch Corona für uns alle Unterbrechungen ergeben haben. Das WG-Leben war immer sehr entspannt, du hast genug Rückzugmöglichkeiten, kannst aber jederzeit in der Küche mit den anderen quatschen. Wir haben auch einen Putzplan und die Wohnung ist eigentlich immer recht sauber.

I can't really say something about the beginning of your WG-life sonce the other two rooms will be rented by then. After two months you would life with Amelie and Robin, both of them study in Alfter. Robin is also new to the WG and Amelie lives here since March 2020, although due to Corona we haven't been in the flat all the time. WG life is very relaxed, you have your own space and if you feel like talking you can meet up in the kitchen. We have a plan for cleaning the flat and so far it's been quite clean.

Der Mietpreis steht leider noch nicht komplett fest, da die Hauptmiete gerade wechselt und noch eine Versicherung abgeschlossen werden muss. GEZ ist auch noch nicht enthalten, das sollte sich aber schnell klären. Rent is not very clear yet because we just changed the main tenant and have to get ahead of insurance stuff and GEZ. I hope it'll be dealt with soon.
