Dein Zimmer ist zur Südseite ausgerichtet, im Sommer solltest du also frühzeitig die Fenster abdunkeln damit es nicht zu warm wid. Ansonsten eignet sich der Balkon hervorragend für ein gemütliches Frühstück, unter dem Sonnenschirm sitzen oder abends mal zusammen etwas zu trinken. Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und teilweise möbliert, ein Schreibtisch ist leider nicht mehr drin. Schrank, Bett etc. wäre aber vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt in der obersten Etage eines 6-Parteien Hauses. Hinterm Haus befindet sich ein Garten, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Des weiteren gibt es hinter dem Garten einen Platz wo man seine Fahrräder abstellen kann. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein großer Kellerraum.
In der Küche ist ein Backofen und eine Spülmaschine vorhanden.
Your room faces the south side so in summer times I would advise you to put something in front of the windows so the room doesn't get too hot. Other than that the balcony is the perfect spot to have a relaxed breakfast, enjoy the sun oder have a drink & talk with people in the evenings. I would leave some stuff in the room like a bed or a wardrobe - the only thing that's missing would be a desk.
The flat is part of a 6-flat house with a garden, we share with the other houses, that you can use. There also is space to put your bike there if necessary. The house has a big cellar and every flat gets one room, so do we.
And there is a stove and a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Duisdorfer Zentrum entfernt, liegt aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Lage.
Busse halten direkt vor der Haustüre, mit denen man in ca. 15 Minuten am HBF ist. Ansonsten braucht man ca. 10 Minuten um die S23 (S-Bahn) zu erreichen. Sie fährt auch zum HBF oder bis nach Euskirchen.
Netto ist mit 3 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Aldi, Penny, Rewe, Dm erreicht man in 10-15 Minuten
Our flat is near the center of Duisdorf in a quiet environment.
There is a bus stop in front of the door and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the main station of Bonn. But you can also take the S23 (S-Bahn), it's a bit further but only about 10 minutes by foot. It takes you to the main station too or Euskirchen, if you want to. If you want to do your grocery shopping, there is a Netto nearby (3 minutes by foot) and Aldi, Penny, Rewe or DM are also not that far. (15 minutes by foot)
Ich habe jetzt 4 Jahre, mit Unterbrechungen, in dieser WG gewohnt. Also quasi mein ganzes Studium. Dabei hatte ich immer Mal wieder wechselnde Mitbewohner*innen und auch dieser Sommer ist wieder viel los. Die erste Änderung ist, dass ihr wahrscheinlich nur zu zweit in der WG leben werdet. Normalerweise wohnen hier Robin und Amelie. Amelie vermietet ihr Zimmer an Sarah, deine Mitbewohnerin. Sie schreibt ihre Masterarbeit und bringt schon einiges an WG-Erfahrungen mit. Robin hat sich entschieden sein Zimmer nicht unterzuvermieten.
Es gibt einen Putzplan, aber ihr könnt euch dann auch einfach selber absprechen was ihr wie handhaben wollt.
I have lived in this flat for 4 years, although there were some months I spent abroad or home. In this time I had different roomies and they will change this summer too. The first thing ist that we're normally a flat of three people, Robin, Amelie and me, but this summer you will just be 2. Amelie is renting her room too Sarah, your roommate and Robin decided to leave his room empty. Sarah is writing her masterthesis and has a lot of experience living in different WGs. We have a cleaning plan but you can also just see how you want things the 2 of you.
Kontaktiere mich am besten einfach über WGgesucht, wenn du Interesse hast. Da ich im Moment Vollzeit im Praktikum arbeite, würde ich Besichtigungen (online oder in präsenz) vor allem abends oder am Wochenende machen. Fragen kannst du natürlich auch jederzeit gerne stellen.
