Hey,
da ich (Nina, 22, sie/ihr) im September für ca. 10 Monate für mein Englisch- und Geschichtsstudium nach Schottland gehe, suche ich eine:n Untermieter:in für mein kleines aber feines Zimmer in Bonn-Duisdorf. Der genaue Zeitraum ist 15. September, je nach Absprache auch früher, bis zum 15. Juli 2023. Momentan leben in der Wohnung außer mir noch Elisa und Jana (20, sie/ihr). Da Jana selber ins Ausland geht, wird ihr Zimmer an Paule untervermietet.
Mein Zimmer ist 12 qm² groß und liegt zur Straße hin. Der Französische Balkon reicht zum Anbringen von Blumentöpfen oder einer Verschnaufpause am Abend (es passen bis zu 4 Leute drauf). Es bietet sich außerdem an die Flügeltüren groß aufzumachen und den Tag mit einem Buch im Ohrensessel ausklingen zu lassen. Das Zimmer wird möbliert untervermietet (mit einer kleinen Kaution auf die Möbel). Wie auf den Fotos erkennbar besitzt das Zimmer einen Einbauschrank, der genug Stauraum bietet, da die Fächer 50cm tief sind. Die Türen habe ich zum Platzsparen mit einem Vorhang ersetzt. Von den Pflanzen bleiben lediglich die hängenden Efeututen am Bett, die Monstera neben dem Schreibtisch und der große Benjamin vor dem Fenster bestehen. Ich würde mich über Pflege der 4 Pflanzen in meiner Abwesenheit sehr freuen.
Die Wohnung selber ist außer den Zimmern und einem Bad und einer Küche mit einem Kellerraum, sowie einer Waschmaschine und einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet, was WG-Abende und Kochen etwas angenehmer macht.

since I (Nina, 22, she/her) will be going to Scotland for 10 months starting September 15th until July 15th 2023, I’ll be renting out my room for that time period. I’m currently studying English and History at the university in Bonn and live in a shared flat with Jana (20, she/they) and Elisa. Since Jana will also be spending a year abroad the room will be rented out to Paule, who will also be moving in in September.
The room is 12 sqm big. The double doors and the little balcony open towards the street. The balcony offers enough space to hang planters or simply enjoy the day with a beverage of your choice (you can also fit up to 4 people on it). You can also open up the double doors enjoy a book in the armchair. The room is rented out furnished (with a small deposit for the furniture). As you can see in the pictures the room is equipped with a built-in closet that is big enough to fit all sorts of stuff since the shelves are 50cm deep. To save some space of the room I have removed the doors and put in the curtains instead. The room also comes with four plants, that I would like for you to take care off. Those four plants include the two ivies by the bed, the monstera next to the desk, and the bigger tree by the window.
The flat itself includes, besides the rooms, the bathroom and kitchen, a basement, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, which makes cooking and parties a lot easier to clean up.

Sie ist in Bonn-Duisdorf, an der Bushaltestelle Rathaus Hardtberg gelegen. Diese befindet sich, zumindest ein Bussteig, vor dem Haus. Neben dem Haus befindet sich außerdem ein kleiner Park, der direkt an die Fußgängerzone Duisdorfs anschließt. Dort findet man einige Geschäfte, sowie ein Fitnessstudio, ein Rewe (ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß), sowie ein DM, eine Post und Apotheken. Ein Aldi und Penny sind nur 10 Gehminuten in derselben Richtung entfernt. In die Innenstadt (Hauptbahnhof) braucht man mit den Linien 608/609 ca. 15 Minuten. Es fahren außerdem noch weitere Buslinien über Endenich und in Richtung Kottenforst (sowie Röttgen) von der Haltestelle ab. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist von hier alles gut zu erreichen (4km zur Innenstadt).

The house is located in Bonn-Duisdorf right at the bus stop Rathaus Hardtberg, one of the platforms is next to the front door. The small park next to the house leads to the pedestrian zone (Fußgängerzone) where you can find shops, restaurants, a gym, a drugstore, and a supermarket (Rewe) within 7 minutes walking distance. An Aldi and Penny are located a little further than Rewe (10 minutes walking distance). With the bus lines 608/609 the central station and the city centre are only 15 minutes away. There are also busses going through Endenich in the same direction, but also further to the Kottenforst. You can also bike the distances (4km to the city centre).

Elisa und Paule kennen sich seit ca. 2 Jahre, haben aber auch noch nie zusammengelebt, weshalb es quasi eine Neuaufstellung der WG ist.
Elisa (21, sie/ihr) studiert Philosophie und Physik mit manchmal mehr und manchmal weniger Freude. Generell ist sie viel unterwegs, mag aber auch lange Gespräche am Küchentisch bei veganem Essen und auch mal eine Party. Sie wohnt auch jetzt schon in der Wohnung und bleibt somit aus der Grundbesetzung erhalten.
Und Paule (22, dey/denen) schließt (hoffentlich) im September das Bachelorstudium in Englisch und Philosophie auf Lehramt ab. Paule zieht auch für 10 Monate in die WG, in das Zimmer von Jana. Dey kocht außerdem viel, engagiert sich bei queeren Bildungsprojekten und geht gerne Wandern.
Die beiden suchen eine:n aufgeschlossene:n Mitbewohner:in mit Lust auf ein lebendiges und ungezwungenes WG-Leben mit Rücksicht und offener Kommunikation. Der ein oder andere WG-Abend ist natürlich auch dabei.

Elisa and Paule have known each other for 2 years now, but have never lived together before, so that you’ll be moving into a new roommate constellation with them. Both would be delighted to welcome an international student to Bonn-Duisdorf.
Elisa (21, she/her) is studying Philosophy and Physics, which sometimes is more fun than other times. She is out and about a lot, but also enjoys vegan food, long talks in the kitchen and the occasional party. She’ll be the remaining old force in the flat.
Paule (22, they/them) will hopefully (fingers crossed) finish their Bachelor of Education in Philosophy and English this September and then move into Jana’s room. They enjoy to cook, hike and is also involved in educational projects.
They’re both hoping for an open-minded roommate, who’s open for a lively and casual, but also considerate shared flat. There will be a games night/ party or two.
