Das Zimmer
Da ich eine Wohnung gefunden habe, die näher bei meiner Arbeitsstelle liegt, biete ich mein gemütliches WG-Zimmer an. Der Raum hat eine Größe von 10m2 und ist komplett möbliert. Die Miete pro Monat kostet 190€ auf die noch 80€ Nebenkosten für Strom, Wasser, WLan sowie Rundfunkgebühren dazukommen. Bitte beachtet, dass die Miete als einmalige Zahlung im Voraus für den Untermietzeitraum (Februar - Ende Juni) getätigt werden sollte, da die Person, von der ich untermiete im Auslandssemester ist. Das Zimmer wird unrenoviert übergeben, wie es war, als ich eingezogen bin. Dies bedeutet jedoch nur, dass die Wände nicht frisch gestrichen wurden. Das Fenster ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, weshalb der Raum von morgens bis mittags viel Sonnenlicht abbekommt, mit Ausnahme während der dunkelsten Wintermonate.
Neben den Zimmern für die Mitbewohner besteht die Wohnung aus einem geräumigen Badezimmer mit Dusche, einem kleineren Gäste-WC, einer Küche und einem kleinen Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet und mit einem kleinen Abstellraum / Speisekammer mit Waschmaschine und zweitem Kühlschrank verbunden.

I am advertising my cozy room, because I found a flat that is closer to my workplace. The room is 10 m2 and comes fully furnished. Rent per month costs 190€ plus 80€ in additional costs encompassing electricity, water, Wi-Fi, as well as the Licence fee. Please note that the rent should be paid as a once-off payment for the subrent period (February - End of June), because the person I subrent from is on a semester abroad. The room will be handed over unrenovated as it was when I first moved in. However, this just means that the walls are not freshly painted. The window is facing to the east which means the room get plenty of sunlight from morning until midday with the exception of the darkest winter months.
Besides the rooms for the roommates the apartment consists of a spacious bathroom with a shower, a smaller guest bathroom, a kitchen and a small lounge. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and is connected to small storage room/ pantry with a washing machine and second refrigerator.
Lage
Es ist ein 12-minütiger Fußweg von der Wohnung zum Duisdorfer Bahnhof, von wo aus man mit der S23 zum Bonner Hauptbahnhof fahren kann, was etwa 8 Minuten dauert. Darüber hinaus hält alle 10 Minuten entweder der Bus 606 oder 607 direkt vor der Haustür. Mit dem Bus kommt man ebenfalls direkt zum Hauptbahnhof oder sogar noch weiter bis nach Bonn Beuel.
Von der Wohnung aus sind es weniger als 5 Minuten bis in den Wald und Duisdorf selbst bietet alles, was man für den Alltag braucht.
Supermärkte wie Aldi, Penny oder Rewe aber auch dm-Drogeriemarkt und zahlreiche Bäckereien und Eisdielen sind alle innerhalb von 10 – 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Location
It is a 12-minute walk from the apartment to Duisdorf station, from where you can take the S23 train to Bonn main station, which takes about 8 minutes. In addition, every 10 minutes either the Bus 606 or 607 will pick you up right in front of the apartment. The bus will take you directly to the main station or even further to Bonn Beuel.
From the apartment it takes less than 5 minutes to get to the forest and Duisdorf itself offers everything you need for everyday life. Supermarkets such as Aldi, Penny or Rewe but also dm (drugstore) and numerous bakeries and ice cream parlors are all within 10 – 15 minutes walking distance.
WG-Leben
Die Wohnung teilen sich fünf Studenten (gemischt) verschiedenster Studiengänge. Die verbleibenden sind Mathis (21) , Yannic (20), Dana (22) die sehr freundliche und lustige Menschen sind.
Wir haben viele schöne gemeinsame Abende verbracht und viel Unterschiedliches zusammen unternommen. Aufgrund der guten Dynamik zwischen den aktuellen Mitbewohnern wäre es schön, wenn der neue Mitbewohner gerne aktiv am WG-Leben teilnimmt.

Shared Living (WG living)
The apartment is shared by five college students (coed) of various different majors. The remaining are Mathis (21), Yannic 20, Dana 22 and all of them are very nice and fun people.
We have spent many wonderful evenings together and have done many different activities as a group. Because of the good dynamics between the current roommates, it would be nice if the new roommate likes to actively take part in the shared apartment life.
