ich suche Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer ab August oder September 2013. Es ist ein 11 qm Zimmer, teilmöbliert. In der WG teilen wir uns mehrere Gemeinschaftsräume, z.B. ein großes Wohnzimmer mit TV und die Küche.
Die Lage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten den leichten Einstieg in das Studentenleben. (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Edeka, Conrad)
Wir liegen eine Minute entfernt von der Bushaltestelle (Linien 604-607, 631). Die meisten Fakultäten (Mathe, Juridicum /Poppelsdorfer Campus / Nussallee) sind auch hier in der Nähe. Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in 6 Minuten mit dem Bus. Poppelsdorf liegt ca. 10 min weit zu Fuß. Restaurants, Bars, Kino und vieles mehr sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir sind Studenten von Agrarwissenschaften, Mathe und Medizin. Ab und zu feiern wir gerne zusammen und laden oft ex-Mitbewohner und freunden zum Essen und Trinken.
Du musst Student sein, da es handelt sich um ein Studenten Wohnheim.
