Mein Name ist Lennart Stephan und ich suche einen Nach - bzw Zwischenmieter für mein kleines 12 qm - Zimmer in Bonn, Stadtteil Endenich.
Wir sind eine nette 3er - WG und allesamt ( männliche) Studenten. Ich möchte nun sobald wie möglich mit meiner Lebenspartnerin zusammenziehen.
Das Zimmer steht ab sofort zur Verfügung und ist bewohnbar bis zum 31.08.2016, dann wird die WG aufgelöst und die Wohnung durch die Mietergesellschaft renoviert und modernisiert. Dies dauert laut Vermietergesellschaft ca. 3-4 Wochen, solltest du die Wohnung dann übernehmen wollen, ist das natürlich kein Problem.
Die Miete beträgt 310€ warm im Monat, keine zusätzlichen Kosten.
