Hello!
Beacuse of a winter job, Im giving out my room!
The room is about 12-14 m2-s big, fully furnitured as seen on the pictures, all of them staying, so free to use!
Everything in order to our comfort: TV, Wifi, Hifi, as its needed, I make the wardrobe and the shelfs free!
The room is located in Bonn-Endenich.
The city centre is pretty close, and all of the most important buses got a bus-stop at the corner (2min walk)
Anyway if you are sporty, with bike- for example the university- is about 10 min!
You can keep your own bike in the cellar, there is a separated storage room for them! with locks, of course!
In the street eveything is available, Netto, hair dresser, restaurant, wedding saloon (?), pub, escape room, gas station 2 corners far, pharmacy!
Since its in Endenich, this flat is pretty quiet, neighbours are really nice and frienldy, especially the other dude who lives here, 27 years old Hungarian fella, speaks fluently german and english, and always keeps some cold beer in the fridge!
We looking for a guy/girl who would like to spend a summer here, or even just a couple of weeks.
Doesnt matter if a student or not, but searching for someone in that age, and probably with the same interests:)
The flat is fully euipped, newly renowated bathroom, washmachine, stove, everything:)
The rent is 390€/month, plus additional 30€ for wifi and electricity.
If you can pay in advance, then we dont need caution!
The room is avaliable from around the middle of June, the date is flexible, moving in is possible sooner or later, and would be free until the end of September, maybe October, so the "moving out" date can also be flexible!!
