Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß und hat eine Dachschräge. Es gibt sowohl eine Terrassentür zum gemeinsamen Balkon, als auch ein Dachfenster, so dass das Zimmer sehr hell ist.
Die Wohnung an sich besteht aus einem kleinen Flur, von dem aus das Badezimmer, der Essbereich und dein Zimmer aus abgehen. Die großzügige Küche ist vom Essbereich abgetrennt und von mir vollständig eingerichtet.
Der Balkon kann sowohl von deinem, als auch von meinem Zimmer aus erreicht werden.
Neben der Küche befindet sich noch ein kleiner Abstellraum, sowie ein Kellerabteil gehört zu dieser Wohnung.
Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen eigenen Parkplatz.
Die Wohnung liegt in Bonn-Endenich, nahe Poppelsdorf. Von hier ist man in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad am Poppelsdorfer Platz wo es zahlreiche Supermärkte, Restaurants oder Bars gibt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt und man ist in 7 min am Hbf. Mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 min.
Der größte Pluspunkt an der Lage ist, dass die Wohnung sehr nah am Campus Poppelsdorf ist (7 min mit dem Fahrrad), allerdings ist die Autobahn auch nicht weit weg, was man bei geöffneten Fenster auch hört.
Mein Name ist Simon und ich fange im Wintersemester mit meinem VWL Master an. Ich habe in Bonn bereits meinen Bachelor gemacht und wohne seit ca. einem Jahr in dieser Wohnung.
Ich suche nach einem entspannten Mitbewohner/-in, mit dem man auch mal Kleinigkeiten unternehmen kann oder das ein oder andere Bier am Abend zusammen trinkt.
Die Wohnung wurde vor einem Jahr komplett renoviert und neu ausgestattet. Es ist sowohl eine Spülmaschine, als auch eine Waschmaschine (im Keller) vorhanden.
