ich suche ab Mitte Juli/ Anfang August eine/en unkomplizierte/n, nette/n Mitbewohnerin für eine 2er-WG in Bonn-Endenich.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und würde möbliert übergeben). Das Mehrparteienhaus, in dem die Wohnung liegt, ist im allgemeinen sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn sind nett.
In den angegebenen Nebenkosten sind Heizung/Warmwasser, Internet und der Wohnungsstrom bereits enthalten.
Da das Gebäude von einer Firma verwaltet wird, ist ein Einkommensnachweis und/oder ein Arbeitsvertrag in Deutschland erforderlich (allerdings nicht meine Regeln!). Idealerweise sollte das Zimmer für mindestens ein Jahr gemietet werden.

I am looking for an uncomplicated, nice roommate for a 2-person flat share in Bonn-Endenich from July/August onwards.
The room is approx. 16 sqm and furnished (bed, closet, shelf).
In the indicated additional costs heating / hot water, Internet and electricity are already included.
Given the building is administered by a company, a proof of income and/or a working contract in Germany will be required (not my rules, though!). Ideally, the room should be rented for a minimum of one year.
Buslinien 606-611 + 631+ Schnellbusse (800/ 845) befinden sich 2-5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Um die Ecke haben wir ein beliebtes Kunstkino (Rex), Theater (Springmaus), Bonns besten Bäcker, einen Irish Pub, ein paar Kaffeeläden, Pfannkuchenhaus, etc... Auch fußläufig zu erreichen: sämtliche Supermarktketten (Netto, Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, Norma, Rewe), einen Bioladen, DM.

Bus lines 606-611 + 631+ express buses (800/ 845) are 2-5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Around the corner we have a popular art cinema (Rex), theatre (Springmaus), best bakery in town, an Irish pub, a few coffee shops, Spanish & Italian restaurant. Also within walking distance: all supermarket chains (Netto, Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, Norma, Rewe), an organic shop & DM.
Mein Name ist Paulina, ich komme aus Chile und wohne seit 2,5 Jahre in Bonn (mehr kann ich dir gerne auf ein Glas Wein erzählen...). Ich bin 32, berufstätig als Journalistin und bin eine offene und ruhige Person.
Bis jetzt teile ich die WG mit einem lieben Mitbewohner aus Italien, ich koche und esse auch gerne mal zusammen und quatsche bei einem Gläschen Wein in unserer großen Küche. Ich bin immer offen für neue Leute und Herzlichkeit, aber Unabhängigkeit wird von mir auch geschätzt :).
