Wir (zwei Jungs, beide ca. 32 Jahre alt / ein Student, einer arbeitet in der internationalen Bildung) suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die bei uns einzieht :-)
Das verfügbare Schlafzimmer ist das auf den Bildern gezeigte. Das Zimmer wird jedoch unmöbliert (!) vermietet.
Weitere Details zum Zimmer: Das Zimmer hat eine Fläche von ca. 13,7 m2 und ist das mittlere der drei Schlafzimmer in unserer Wohnung. In den Nebenkosten ist alles enthalten - Wasser, Strom, Internet etc.

We (two German guys, both about 32 years old / one student, one working in international education) are looking for a new flatmate (male/female) to move in with us :-)
The available bedroom is the one shown in the pictures. The room will however be rented out unfurnished (!).
More details on the room: The room's space is about 13.7 m2 and is the middle one of the three bedrooms in our flat. The "Nebenkosten" (utilities) include everything - water, electricity, internet etc.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in hervorragender Lage in einer Verbindungsstraße zwischen den beiden studentenfreundlichen und zentralen Bonner Stadtteilen "Endenich" und "Poppelsdorf". Verschiedene Bushaltestellen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus sind es 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof/Stadtzentrum, mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten und zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés und mehr sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The flat is situated excellently in a street connecting two student-friendly and central suburbs of Bonn, called "Endenich" and "Poppelsdorf". Various bus stops can be reached on foot within only a couple of minutes. Busses take 10 minutes to the central station ("Hauptbahnhof")/city centre, 15 minutes by bike and about 20 minutes on foot. Several supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and more can be reached within 10 minutes walking distance.
Wie oben angedeutet, sind wir keine "Youngsters" mehr ;-) Wir sehen unsere Wohnung als einen gemeinsamen Haushalt von erwachsenen Menschen, die arbeiten und studieren. Wir sind aufgeschlossen und neugierig und suchen jemanden, der/die sich nicht scheut, ab und zu ein wenig Gesellschaft zu leisten und ein lockeres Gespräch zu führen. Gleichzeitig haben du und wir natürlich alle unser eigenes Leben und unsere Zimmer, um Ruhe für uns zu haben.

As indicated above, we are no "youngsters" anymore ;-) We see our flat as a joint household of adult people who are working and studying. We are open-minded and curious, and are looking for someone who doesn't shy away from a little socializing and a casual chat from time to time. At the same time, you and we of course all have our own lives and our rooms to retreat to to enjoy our own peace and quiet.
Der Mietvertrag wird als Untermietvertrag mit dem Hauptmieter (Christian) abgeschlossen. Das Zimmer wird aller Voraussicht nach bereits ein paar Tage früher, d.h. vor Ende Oktober bezogen werden können.

The rental contract will be concluded as an "Untermietvertrag" (sublease) with the main tenant (Christian). In all likelihood, it will be possible to move in a few days earlier even, i.e. in the end of October.
