Your room is very spacious and has a large window from which you can look into the front yard with a very beautiful tree and the bus stop (Sebastianstr.) in front of the house. In the room, there is a bed (140x200) including mattress, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a large working desk, a small table and some shelfs. From your room, you have access to our large balcony (two other roommates also use it but they can access it through the kitchen).
The apartment is located centrally between Poppelsdorf and Endenich. We have a bus stop in front of the house. During the day, the busses go every 10 minutes to the central station. The Poppelsdorfer Platz with EDEKA and Netto is just 10 minutes away by foot. In the other direction, there is an ALDI, a Netto, a Norma, and an organic supermarket - also within walking distance. The Poppelsdorf campus with the mensa is about 5-10 minutes away.
Your roommates are Amir (29 years old, doing his masters in physics) and Malin (26 years old, studying medicine).
Our flat share life is uncomplicated: we spend a lot of time during the week out of the home, but we still manage to spend time together on a regular basis, while cooking or having discussions while eating in the kitchen on weekends. My roommates both like doing sports and sometimes train together in the apartment when the weather is bad.
Everyone in the shared flat should feel comfortable and this requires not only friendly interaction with each other but also a reasonable degree of order and cleanliness in the shared rooms. If you feel the same way, know how to use common cleaning devices and are ready to stick to our cleaning plan, then we will get along well :)
We mostly speak English in the WG, but we could also speak German and Spanish.
Preference will be given to the one who will be staying for most of the period (from 12.06 until 05.01). Please introduce yourself briefly and state how long you'll be staying.
Btw, this room will also be available from beginning of February next year as I'll be moving out. If you're also interested, please let me know.
