Die beiden Zimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock einer Haus-Wg in Bonn Endenich. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die gemeinschaftlich genutzte, große Küche, in der ersten Etage gehen 2 Zimmer direkt vom Treppenhaus ab (beide frei), sowie eine kleine Wohnung. In der zweiten Etage befindet sich das Bad und zwei weitere Zimmer. Zudem gibt es einen teils überdachten Hof, in dem man im Sommer gemütlich sitzen kann und wo man seine Fahrräder unterstellen kann.
Die Zimmer sind jeweils 15m³ groß und voll möbliert. Jedes kostet 370 € im Monat (+Kaution von 500€).
Sie haben einen Fußboden in Holzoptik und durch die großen Fenster und sehr hohen Decken wirken die Zimmer sehr hell. Zu Zimmer 1 gehören Bett, Nachttisch, Schrank, Stuhl, Regal, Deckenlampe und Regalbretter. Zu Zimmer 2 gehören Bett, Kommode, Tisch, zwei Stühle, Kronleuchter, Schreibtischlampe & kleines Schränkchen.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine). Im Keller befindet sich eine gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.

The two rooms are on the first floor of a house Wg in Bonn Endenich. On the main floor is a big kitchen for everyone (4 roomies) to use. On the first floor are two rooms (both available, both the same price) which can be entered directly fromout the starecase (no common room).On the second floor is the bathroom (toilet separate) and two more rooms. There is a partly roofed courtyard, where you can chill in the summer and shed your bike.
Both rooms have 15m² and are fully furnished. Each costs 370€ per month (+ 500€ deposit).
The floor is in wooden optic and the rooms are very bright and quiet. The ceiling is very high which gives you possible space for extra storage. Room 1 contains a bed, chair, desk, bedsite table, closet, shelf and ceiling lamp. Room 2 contains a bed, two chairs, a dresser, a bedside lamp and a chandelier.
The kitchen has everything you need (stove, fridge, dishwasher). In the basement is a washing machine and a dryer, both can be used for free by everyone.
Die Zimmer befinden sich in einer ruhigen Straße in Bonn Endenich. Die Haltestelle zur Linie 604 und 605 ist 2 Minuten entfernt, zur Linie 606 und 607 circa sechs Minuten. Alle Linien bringen dich innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Ein Netto und ein Aldi sind ganz in der Nähe, sowie die Endenicher Kulturmeile mit Theater, Kino, Cafés und Restaurants (Corona-technisch natürlich momentan geschlossen, aber hoffentlich bald wieder besuchbar!)

The house is in a quiet street in Bonn Endenich. You can take the 604 and 605 lines which are only 2 minutes away, lines 606 and 607 six minutes away. All of the mentioned lines take you to the city in no time. A Netto and an Aldi are nearby, also the Endenicher Kulturmeile, where you can find a theatre, cinema, cafés and restaurants (of course closed at the moment due to Corona, but they can hopefully reopen soon!)
Ich habe bisher mit meinem Partner in der Wg gewohnt. Da wir jetzt zusammenziehen werden zwei Zimmer gleichzeitig frei (beide im ersten Stock). Falls ihr also zu zweit was sucht, könnt ihr euch auch gerne bei uns melden. Die Zimmer werden aber auch einzeln vermietet.
Im zweiten Stock wohnen zwei Mitbewohner. Beide kochen sehr gerne (und gut) und sprechen deutsch/englisch. Die Wg ist eine Zweck-Wg, was sich allein schon durch die Raumaufteilung so ergeben hat (kein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer; separate Zimmer, die direkt vom Treppenhaus aus zugänglich sind). Die Mitbewohner sind jedoch beide sehr lieb und wir haben schon viele gemeinsame Stunden in der Küche und im Hof mit Gesprächen verbracht.

I lived in the Wg with my boyfriend but we are moving in together so there are 2 rooms available (both on the first floor). If you search for two rooms, please let us know. The rooms are of course also rented out individually.
There are two other male housemates on the second floor. Both like to cook (very well) and speak english or german. We are not doing that much together, partly because everybodys very busy and there is no common room, so we mostly meet in the kitchen. But everybody is very kind and likes to stop for a talk whenever theres time.
Der Preis von 370 € pro Zimmer ist inklusive (warm: Wasser, Heizung, Strom). Man muss sich also um nichts extra kümmern, außer einen Internetvertrag :) (die anderen Wg Bewohner sind aber auch bereit zu teilen).
Und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich um kleine Reparaturen (z.B. kommt jetzt ein neuer Ofen rein, da der alte den Geist aufgegeben hat).
Das Haus versorgt sich im Übrigen mit eigens produziertem Solarstrom.

The rent (370€ per room) is all inclusive, you just have to get an internet contract or ask the other roommates if you can get one together and share the costs.
You are signing a contract with the houseowners, a very kind couple who are open for everyone.
The house uses its own electricity which comes from solar panels.
We are open for all nationalities and genders :)
