Helles Altbauzimmer in Endenich

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super: die nächste Haltestelle (Max-Bruch-Straße) ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Es fahren 5 Buslinien in fast alle Richtungen. Bis zum Hbf brauchst Du mit dem Bus 5 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad 7 - 10 Minuten.
Unsere Straße ist relativ ruhig und es gibt viele Einkaufsgelegenheiten in der NÄhe (Denns, Netto, Aldi, Rewe, Edeka und dm). Die Endenicher "Kulturmeile" mit einem Café, Kino, Biergarten ist um die Ecke. Zum Spazieren gehen kommt man schnell ans Poppelsdorfer Schloss und den botanischen Garten oder zum Joggen aufs Meßdorfer Feld, ins Melbtal oder auf den Kreuzberg.

Meine MitbewohnerInnen freuen sich über aufgeschlossene und nette Menschen, die auch mal Lust haben auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Von gemeinsamen Kochen, spielen oder Abends spontan noch etwas anderes gemeinsam unternehmen ist alles möglich. Es gibt wahrscheinlich immer jemanden der sich darüber freut. Da wir alle aber berufstätig sind bzw. studieren geht es natürlich auch manchmal je nach Prüfungszeit/Stresslevel eher ruhig zu. Da drei Zimmer frei werden ist viel Raum für Neugestaltung des Beisammenseins, des Gemeinschaftslebens, der Gemeinschaftsräume usw.

Wir haben eine Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine und somit eine solide Ausstattung für ein wohlriechendes und fröhliches Beisammensein.

Hello new housemate,

We are a house community of seven open-minded and cosmopolitan people. We have three really great rooms available, one of which is this one.

It is located on the 1st floor, has floorboards and two large windows as well as high ceilings, so it is very bright. The windows face the street and the backyard, it's not noisy and very cozy. We have three toilets and two small bathrooms, all shared. The kitchen is on the first floor, you can also share the courtyard, where we have put garden furniture for sunbathing and socializing in the summer.

The transport connection is great: the nearest bus stop (Max-Bruch-Straße) is 2 minutes away. There are 5 bus lines in almost all directions. It takes you 5 minutes by bus to the main train station, 7 - 10 minutes by bike.
Our street is relatively quiet and there are many shopping opportunities nearby (Denns, Netto, Aldi, Rewe, Edeka and dm). The Endenicher "Kulturmeile" with a café, cinema, beer garden is around the corner. For a walk, you can quickly get to the Poppelsdorf castle and the botanical garden or for jogging to the Meßdorfer Feld, the Melbtal or the Kreuzberg.

My roommates are looking forward to open-minded and nice people who also sometimes want to do activities together. From cooking together, play or spontaneously do something else together in the evening, everything is possible. There is probably always someone who is happy about it. Since we are all working or studying, it is of course sometimes depending on the exam time / stress level rather quiet. As three rooms become vacant there is plenty of room for redesigning get-togethers, community life, common areas, etc.

We have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and thus a solid equipment for a fragrant and cheerful get-together.
