Herzliche 5er WG in Bonn Endenich

Wir wohnen in Bonn Endenich, nahe der Haltestelle "Am Klostergarten". In gut 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt und am Uni Hauptgebäude, in 5 min am Campus Poppelsdorf und Campus Endenich und wenn man will, ist man auch schnell im Grünen! Zum Einkaufen gibt’s einen Denns, Edeka, Netto und Aldi in der Nähe.
Vor dem Haus fährt alle 10 min ein Bus, mit dem man auch in 10 min am Hauptbahnhof ist.

Unsere Wohnung hat neben einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (inkl. Spül- & Waschmaschine) ein Tageslichtbad, ein separates WC, ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil und ein Garagenstellplatz, außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller. Und obendrauf kommt noch ein toller Ausblick über Bonn!

Liridon (31) ist aus dem Schwabenländle für den Job im Naturschutz nach Bonn gezogen. Er ist unser Frühaufsteher, mag WG-Aktivitäten jeglicher Art und sorgt über Foodsharing häufig für kostenlose Lebensmittel.
Marya (22) studiert Englisch und Philosophie und sorgt mit syrischem oder koreanischem Soulfood (besonders zu empfehlen ist ihr speziell arrangierter Stew!) oft für tolle gemeinsame Abendessen. Sie ist der Meme-Beauftragte der WG und mag es sehr gerne, oft ihre Mitbewohnis zu ärgern.
Ramon (28) arbeitet als Barista (wenn man Glück hat auch zuhause :D), hat gerade seinen Master in Mathematik abgebrochen, macht ein Praktikum am Physikalischen Institut der Uni Bonn und kocht regelmässig sehr leckere und gesunde indische Gerichte. Außerdem liest er momentan viele Theaterstücke.
Ruth (22) studiert Medizin im achten Semester und verbringt ihre Freizeit am liebsten draußen in der Natur beim Wandern oder Campen. Im Winter geht sie bouldern und am Wichtigsten ist natürlich die Zeit mit Freunden und Familie. Jetzt macht Ruth ein Austauschsemester in Prag, aber kommt im März wieder zurück.
Amelia (21) studiert Physik an der Uni Bonn. Sie kümmert sich sehr gerne um Zimmerpflanzen und hat sehr viele (bestimmt über 20) in ihrem Zimmer. In ihrer Freizeit liest und zeichnet sie gerne. Außerdem geht sie gerne auf Konzerte.
Amelia bleibt bis März in Ruths Zimmer, wenn Ruth zurückkommt.
Ich, Sergei (29), bin Journalist und mache dieses Jahr bis Dezember Volontariat bei der Deutschen Welle. Im Januar ziehe ich für ein paar Monate in die USA und suche deshalb nach einer / einem Nachmieter/in.


Insgesamt ist uns eine freundschaftlich-familiäre WG-Atmosphäre wichtig, wir wollen gern regelmäßig was zusammen machen, ob spontan auf ein Bier/Wein/Tee im Wohnzimmer zusammenkommen oder sich absprechen um gemeinsam zu kochen und zu spielen oder um die Häuser zu ziehen. Wer seine Ruhe will kann sich natürlich jederzeit zurückziehen, aber wenn du eine Zweck-WG suchst, bist du hier leider falsch.

Wir wünschen uns jemenschen, der/die langfristig ein Zimmer sucht und am besten schon etwas WG-Erfahrung hat. Wichtig wäre (leider) von Vermieterseite außerdem eine finanzielle Absicherung entweder durch ein festes Einkommen (Minijob reicht nicht) oder eine Bürgschaft.

Hi all,
my beloved room in our 5-person shared apartment is becoming available, and we're looking for a new flatmate! The room is a good 12 square meters in size, super bright thanks to its south-facing window, which also opens up to the balcony.
Easy-care click laminate flooring and white walls provide a neutral base for you to let your creativity run wild in terms of design, although the walls could use a new coat of paint if that's something you care about.

The following furniture can be taken over if needed: bed (including mattress & slatted frame), gray dresser, curtains, desk chair.
I will ask for a small surcharge for the bed.

We’re living in Bonn Endenich. In 10 minutes you can reach the city center by bike or bus, which leaves right in front of the house, and if you want to you can explore the forests and parks, which are very close! Several shopping facilities are close by (Denn's, Aldi, Netto, Edeka, etc.).
Our flat has a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, an extra toilet, a big living room, and a balcony. Additionally, we can use a cellar compartment, a parking space in the garage, and a bicycle cellar. On top of that, you can enjoy a great view over Bonn from the apartment.

About your potential future roommates:

Liridon (31) moved from Swabia to Bonn for a job in conservation. He's our early riser, enjoys all sorts of shared house activities, and often provides free food through food sharing.
Marya (22) is studying English and Philosophy and frequently makes wonderful communal dinners with Syrian or Korean soul food (her specially arranged stew is highly recommended!). She's the designated meme officer of the shared house and loves to tease her housemates often.
Ramon (28) works as a barista (if you're lucky, even at home :D), recently dropped out of his Master's in Mathematics, is interning at the Physics Institute of the University of Bonn, and regularly cooks very delicious and healthy Indian dishes. He's also currently reading a lot of plays.
Ruth (22) is in her eighth semester of medical studies and prefers to spend her free time outdoors, hiking or camping. In the winter, she goes bouldering, and most importantly, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Ruth is now on an exchange semester in Prague but will be back in March.
Amelia (21) is studying Physics at the University of Bonn. She loves taking care of houseplants and has quite a few (definitely over 20) in her room. In her free time, she likes to read and draw, and she also enjoys going to concerts. Amelia is staying in Ruth's room until March, when Ruth is back.
As for me, Sergei (29), I am a journalist and am completing an internship at Deutsche Welle until December. In January, I'll be moving to the U.S. for a few months and am therefore looking for a new tenant.

We want to let you know, that there will probably be some more change in the following months, as other roomies plan to move out sooner or later. That means extra opportunities for you to shape the WG-life. 😊


What we want:
We’d like someone who is planning to stay for longer and who already has some shared flat experience. Also, the landlord (unfortunately) demands proof of financial security, like a regular income (a mini job is not enough) or a surety.
