There is also the possibility to store the furniture in a basement if you have your own stuff.
The room is free for rent from 25.11.22 up to 1.03.23
A deposit of 360 euros will be returned.
Wifi, electricity, water and heating will be transferred to WG account, which is managed transparently by the main tenant (he will return to the flat in March 2023, but visits the flat every 1-2 weeks).
The WG is equipped with everything you may need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine.
AUF DEUTSCH:
10 qm großes möbliertes Zimmer mit einem Schrank, mit einem Tisch (mit eingebauter Lampe), 2 Regalen und einem ausziehbaren Sofa.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Möbel in einem Keller zu lagern.
Das Zimmer ist vom 25.11.22 bis zum 1.03.23 frei zu vermieten.
Eine Kaution von 360 Euro wird zurückerstattet.
WLAN, Strom, Wasser und Heizung werden auf das WG-Konto überwiesen, das transparent vom Hauptmieter verwaltet wird (er wird im März 2023 in die Wohnung zurückkehren).
Die WG ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich einer Spülmaschine und einer Waschmaschine.
The WG is located between Poppelsdorf and Endenich. Poppelsdorfer Platz and thus the campus can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. At Poppelsdorfer Platz there is also a small Netto and Edeka. In the direction of Endenich there are also large supermarkets, but then I would need 5-10 min by bike (Netto, Aldi, Lidl).
Buses leave every few minutes on foot in the direction of the train station and Bonn City.
Besides us, there are three shared flats and two families living in the house.
AUF DEUTSCH:
Die WG befindet sich zwischen Poppelsdorf und Endenich. Der Poppelsdorfer Platz und damit der Campus lassen sich innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten erreichen. Am Poppelsdorfer Platz befinden sich auch ein kleiner Netto und Edeka. In Richtung Endenich befinden sich auch große Supermärkte, da würde ich aber dann schon 5-10 min mit dem Fahrrad brauchen (Netto, Aldi, Lidl).
Drei Minuten zu Fuß fahren alle paar Minuten Busse in Richtung Bahnhof und Bonn City ab.
Außer uns wohnen noch drei WG´s und zwei Familien in dem Haus.
Your future flatmates are Lara (German), studying VWL in the Master and Natasha (Russian), doing her PhD at the UKB.
The main tenant is Silas, he visits the flat once a week or two.
The flat-sharing life has always been very relaxed and sociable, sometimes quite sporty. Lara likes to play basketball and Natasha does archery. Sometimes in the evening everyone cooks together, chat in the kitchen, play board games or watch a series or movie on a beamer.
It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable. This only works with tolerance and an open culture of conversation. And while we're on the subject of talking, Natasha is learning German, but speaks well English. Lara and Silas speak German among themselves, but switch to English when Natasha is around.

AUF DEUTSCH:
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Lara, Deutsche, VWL-Studentin im Master und Natasha, Russin, Doktorandin am UKB. Der Hauptmieter ist Silas, er besucht die Wohnung ein bis zwei Mal in der Woche.
Das WG-Leben war schon immer sehr entspannt und gesellig, manchmal auch recht sportlich. Lara spielt gerne Basketball und Natasha macht Bogenschießen. Abends wird manchmal gemeinsam gekocht, in der Küche geplaudert, Gesellschaftsspiele gespielt oder auf einem Beamer eine Serie oder ein Film geschaut.
Uns ist wichtig, dass sich alle wohlfühlen. Dies funktioniert nur mit Toleranz und einer offenen Gesprächskultur. Und wenn wir schon mal beim Sprechen sind, Natasha lernt zwar gerade Deutsch spricht aber English. Lara und Silas sprechen untereinander Deutsch, wechseln aber ins Englische, wenn Natasha dabei ist.
