Da ich für ein Erasmus-Semester von Ende Januar bis Anfang Juni nicht im Lande bin, möchte ich für diesen Zeitraum mein Zimmer in unserer wunderschönen Alfred-WG untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist 13 Quadratmeter groß, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Ich werde das Zimmer voll möbliert untervermieten. Da heißt, dass du Bett, Kleiderschrank und -stange, Schreibtisch, Kommode und Regale selbstverständlich nutzen kannst. Unter meinem Bett habe ich außerdem noch eine zusätzliche Matratze, die man für Besuch in die Mitte des Zimmers legen kann.
Ansonsten verfügt unsere WG über eine gemütliche, ausreichend ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Waschmaschine und einem Balkon, der über Julias Zimmer zu erreichen ist und besonders im Sommer einen schönen Ort für Sonntagsfrühstücke, Pflanzen und Kräuter oder zum Lesen bietet.
Außerdem sind eine Fahrradgarage und Keller vorhanden.

Since I will do an Erasmus-Semester from the end of January until the beginning of June, my room will be available for this period.
The room has a size of 13 square meters but offers everything you need. I will sublet the room fully furnished. This means that you can use the bed, wardrobe, desk and shelves. Futhermore, I have a mattress under my bed that can be put in the middle of the room for visits.
Moreover, our shared flat has a cozy, sufficiently equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. The balcony which can be entered through Julia´s room offers a nice place for plants, Sunday breakfasts, or relaxing activites.
There is also a cellar and a garage where you can park your bicycle.
Mit der Lage am Rand von Endenich zu der Grenze zu Poppelsdorf ist unsere WG zentral in Bonn gelegen, und vieles ist mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders zum Campus Poppelsdorf, wo sich viele naturwissenschaftliche Fakultäten, die Mensa und die Bibliothek befinden, braucht man keine 5 Minuten. In Poppelsdorf gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants, und Supermärkte wie Netto, Edeka, Lidl und Aldi sind nicht weit. Außerdem sind der Botanische Garten und das Poppelsdorfer Schloss ganz in der Nähe, wo man sich an sonnigen Tagen super zum Picknicken, Entspannen oder Sport machen aufhalten kann, und auch das Meßdorfer Feld ist nicht weit, das ein schöner Ort zum Spazieren, Joggen oder Entspannen ist. Zur Innenstadt und zum HBF braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 10-15 Minuten, und auch mit dem Bus ist man super ans Zentrum angebunden.

Our flat is located in Endenich very close to Poppelsdorf and most of the places in Bonn can be reached within 10-15 minutes. Especially the way to the Campus Poppelsdorf where you can find many science faculties, the canteen and the library takes less than 5 minutes by bike. In Poppelsdorf there are various shops, cafés and restaurants, and supermarkets such as Netto, Edeka, Lidl and Aldi are not far.
Furthermore, the Botanical Garden, the Poppelsdorfer Castle and also the Meßdorfer Feld are very close. These are great places for picnicking, relaxing or doing sports. The way to the centre and main station takes 10-15 minutes by bike or bus.
Außer mir wohnen Leonie und Julia (beide 25 Jahre alt) in der WG, welche beide super freundliche, engagierte und fröhliche Mitbewohnerinnen sind. Julia studiert Kunstgeschichte und Geschichte, und Leonie ist am Ende ihres Jurastudiums und wird bald ihr Referendariat beginnen. Beide sind aktive Personen, die gerne die verschiedensten Dinge unternehmen – seien es Theater- oder Konzertbesuche, Musizieren, Singen, Sport machen, Kreatives, oder Demos besuchen. Unser WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch und gemeinschaftlich, und, soweit es die Zeit zulässt, wird gerne gemeinsam gekocht, am Küchentisch gequatscht und gelacht, gespielt, Sport gemacht, und vieles mehr. Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der WG wird dabei durch eine rotierende Putz-Uhr geregelt.

Besides me, Leonie and Julia (both 25 years old) live in the shared apartment. Both are super friendly, active and sociable roommates. Julia is studying art history and history, and Leonie is at the end of her law studies and will soon start her legal clerkship. Both are active people who like to do a veriety of things - if it is going to the theater or concerts, making musik, singing, doing sports, getting creative or attending demonstrations.
Our life in the apartment is very harmonious and social, and, as far as our time permits, we like to cook together, chat and laugh at the kitchen table, play games, do sports and more. The cleanliness of our apartment is regulated through our rotating "cleaning-clock".
