Hi,
my name is Felix. My roommate Linda and I are looking for a new roommate for our 3 person appartment in Bonn-Friesdorf. The room is available from April 1st onwards.
About the appartment:
It consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, large kitchen, spacious balcony and an attic. The kitchen is fully equipped and the attic has a bunch of storage space. We also have a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, blender and most importantly a sandwich maker. And we have really fast internet/wifi (100Mbit/s).
There are a couple of restaurants close by. Lidl, Aldi and Netto are only about 10 minutes away by foot. There is also a great bike „trail“ that leads to city center/hauptbahnhof and the university. It takes only 12 - 15 mins to get to the Juridicum by bike. There is also a tram/bus station nearby (5-6 mins by foot).
About us:
We are both students at the University of Bonn studying economics. Linda is from Zimbabwe. She has been living in Germany for 6 months and is doing her masters degree here. I am German but grew up in the US. We are very chill and easy going people. Life in the appartment is usually pretty quiet.
Rent:
The total rent is about 330€. This includes internet, electricity, heating and GEZ. The security deposit is 400€.
