Da ich für 5 Monate ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich in dieser Zeit mein Zimmer in meiner lieben 4er-WG samt Mobiliar.
Das Zimmerchen ist klein, doch ebenso die Miete und es lässt sich alles unterbringen. Ich werde das allermeiste meiner persönlichen Sachen rausräumen, so dass genug Platz für deinen Kram sein wird. Das Zimmer hat je ein großes Fenster zur Straße und nach hinten zum Garten und der großen Attraktion, dem Containerhafen gleich am Rhein. Es ist also (wenn man will) schön hell.
Ich suche für September bis einschließlich Januar eine verlässliche Person, die pfleglich mit meinen Sachen umgeht, Nationalität und Geschlecht spielen keine Rolle. Du solltest dich in die WG einbringen und unser Zuhause nicht nur als Absteige nutzen wollen. Dazu mehr bei "WG-Leben"

As I will leave Bonn for 5 months, I'd like to rent out my room including the furniture from september to february. The room but so is the rent and as I managed to get everything inside, you can make it, too! I will take most of my personal stuff out, so there will be enough space for yours. The room has two big windows, so it's bright, if you want that.
I am searching for a reliable person who handles my stuff carefully. Nationality and gender don't matter, but you should be willing to be an active part of our community in the flat (see more about that at "WG-Leben")

Die Wohnung ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom großartigen Rhein entfernt. Wenn man sich etwas anstrengt, kann man ihn sogar vom Küchenfenster aus sehen. Zum Unihauptgebäude dauert es 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder etwas länger mit dem Bus, der 2 Minuten von unserer Haustür alle 10 min. abfährt. Auch die Straßenbahn ist nicht weit entfernt. Ebenfalls fußläufig oder blitzschnell mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen sind Römerbad, ein Rewe und die Unisportanlage der Römerstraße.
Und dann ist da natürlich noch der Graurheindorfer Containerhafen mit unserem Maskottchen, dem Kran.

The flat is very near to the Rhine, where you can go running or just sit down and watch the ducks. It's about 10 minutes to the University's Main Building by bike or a little longer by bus, which you can take just a few metres away for our door every 10 minutes. There's also a tram not far away.
Very near by are a supermarket, the Römerbad and a big part of the University's sport facilities.

Zurzeit wohnen hier Rahel (22), Laurin (19), Tobias (21) und ich (Alina, 22). Nicht nur ich verlasse die WG zeitweilig, auch Tobi geht ins Ausland. Sein Zimmer wird von seiner Cousine übernommen, die Konstellation wird sich mit ihr und dir als neuen Mitbewohnern also sehr verändern.
Prinzipiell ist uns eine freundliche Atmosphäre wichtig. Jede*r soll sich wohlfühlen. Wir sitzen gerne abends zusammen im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder der Küche, schauen mal einen Film zusammen oder quatschen einfach nur über alles mögliche. Daher ist es uns wichtig, dass du interessiert am gemeinschaftlichen Leben bist.
Natürlich haben alle aber auch ihr eigenes Umfeld und verziehen sich schon mal ins eigene Zimmer (besonders in der Klausurphase...).
Die WG wird einmal die Woche nach Putzplan sauber gemacht, d.h. du bist einmal im Monat dran und solltest dich daran auch halten. Das gilt auch für eine gewisse Grundordnung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen, schließlich haben wir sogar eine wunderbare Spülmaschine. Wir sind aber alle nicht überempfindlich und jede*r lässt mal seine Sachen rumliegen.

You will be living together with Rahel (22), Laurin (19) and Jessica (20) who's also new and will take Tobi's room while he's abroad, so constellation will be quite new for everyone.
It's important to us that we there's a friendly atmosphere and everybody feels comfortable. Therefore you should be willing to get to know everyone and be part of the community. Of course everybody has a life on her/his own and can close the door and have peace.
Onces a week the flat has to be cleaned what means that it's your turn once a month and you should be able to stick to that, as well as to a certain level of tidyness in the shared rooms. That is not too tough, as we have a wonderful dishwasher. We're all not too sensitive and actually everyone likes to let things lay around.

Die Miete beträgt inklusive Strom, Internet etc. 255 Euro. Ich hätte gerne, da ich dir meine Möbel und sozusagen "meinen" Teil der Wohnung überlasse, eine Kaution von 255 Euro, die du natürlich zurückbekommst (vorausgesetzt, du hast nichts zerstört).
Wenn wir uns einig werden, setzen wir einen Vertrag auf und klären alle Einzelheiten.
Erfahrungsgemäß werden sich recht viele Leute melden, also schreib ein bisschen was über dich. Und bring in deinem Text irgendwo "Teilchenbeschleuniger" unter, damit ich weiß, dass du sorgfältig gelesen und nicht nur die günstige Miete gesehen hast. Ich freue mich auf nette Antworten (schreib auch gerne, wenn du Fragen hast) und melde mich so bald wie möglich zurück.

The rent is 255,- all inclusive. As I am going to leave my furniture and "my" part of the flat for you, I charge a deposit of 255,- which you will get back after your stay (provided that you haven't destroyed anything).
If we reach agreement on everything we will both sign a contract.
As I experienced it in the past, a lot of people will be interested, so please write something persuasive about you. When you use the word "Teilchenbeschleuniger" somewhere in your text, I will know that you have read carefully and not only seen the small rent. Anyway I am looking forward to nice answers.
