Full furnished (wardrobes, bed with mattress, Quilt, pillow, bed linen sets, table & chair, carpet, water cooker & filter...etc) Perfect for students or interns. 3 min to station and 7 min to city center. The kitchen, WC/ bath are shared with other people. The rent is All included (Electricity, Water, Heating, internet, ZDF fee, parking, storing room.etc)
There is a big window in the room, which makes the room bright.In request, the room can accommodate an additional airbed for your guest. Other shared facilities included: vacuum cleaner, mop, racks, wash machine(with fee), dryer(with fee).
There are all required equipment and facilities, tools in the kitchen and bedroom. Cookers, pots, bowls, plates, cups, knives...all are shared with other neighbors and free to use. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, oil hood, toaster, water cooker, big oven and refrigerators and freezers.
One WC exclusive for women and one exclusive for men.(2 WCs totally) The bathroom is separate from the WCs. Everyday there's a cleaning man/woman who cleans the public space.
There is also storage room in the same floor, and one bike room, one storage room and one wash room in the basement.
Only less than 10 min to walk to the Rhein river. very nice environment nearby. A few minutes walk to the museums (3min to reach the most famous Museum in Bonn)
3 min to reach Ubahn Station and bus station. 7 min to reach Bonn city center and 11 min to Bad Godesburg.
It's also near DHL building and UN or BIT. perfect for the students or Interns for those Institutes.
Please clean the kitchen and toilet after using. It's nice to chat with other people in the kitchen, but when you need the silence, it's free to just go back the room. There's no mandatory events for the WG, in wish people can invite others to hanging around. When going out please turn off the heater and remember to open the window regularly.
This room is available from July (in wish also from late June). It can last until 30.09.2016 or in wish until 31.03.2017. If you have a room in Munich, I'll be glad to exchange the room with you ;) Please send me a short description of you and how long you would like to stay. Thanks!
