Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer an das das verfügbare Zimmer schließt. Das Zimmer hat große Fenster.
Die Miete für das Zimmer mit 16m² beträgt 390,-€
Die für das Zimmer mit 9,3m² 350,-€
Trotz der freien Lage direkt am Waldrand (es lässt sich super joggen gehen ;) ) gibt es eine sehr gute Anbindung wegen des Malteserkrankenhauses. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es 4 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Bahn/Zug (auch Richtung Köln) mit dem Rad ca. 10 Minuten.
Um die Ecke ist ein Tennisplatz, das Hardtberbad ist nicht weit und direkt nebenan gibt es eine Schänke.
Interessant für Studenten, der Weg zur Uni (neuer Campus) mit Rad 20min und mit Bus eine halbe Stunde.
Wichtig ist, dass ihr tierfreundlich seid oder euch die Anwesenheit von Hund und Pferd zumindest nicht stört da sich die Wohnung an einem Stall befindet.
Auf dem Gelände befinden sich noch weitere WGs.
Gemeinsamen Grillabenden oder anderen Aktivitäten steht also nichts im Wege ;)
