Das Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (2. OG) und verfügt über zwei Teilen, ein Schalf- und Wohnbereich, sowie ein Essbereich, der mit einer Kochnische ausgestattet. Zudem ist das Zimmer voll möbliert, deshalb ist sofort bezugsfertig. Das Fenster des Schlafbereichs ist in Richtung Süden ausgerichtet, damit ist das Zimmer Tagsüber immer sehr hell. Das Badezimmer und die Toiletten sind mitbenutzt.

The room is located at the top (2nd) floor and consists of two separate areas, one for sleeping and living area, the other for eating. The latter area is also equipped with kitchenette. Moreover, the room is fully furnished, and therefore it is ready to be lived in. The window of the sleeping area faces South, giving the room bright lights for the whole day. The bathroom and toilets are shared with the other roommates.

Die Wohnung liegt in Ippendorf, nur 5 Minuten mit dem Bus von dem schönen Botanischer Garten, und 10 Minuten von dem Hauptbahnhof. Trotzdem, weil die von der Hauptstraße abgelegen ist, ist es immer sehr ruhig. Ganz hinter
der Wohnung liegt ein Wald, in dem man gut spazieren kann.

The apartment is located in Ippendorf, only 5 minutes with the bus from the beautiful Botanic Garden, and 10 minutes from the main train station. Nevertheless, because it is secluded from the main street, it is always very calm. Right behind the apartment there is a forest where one can enjoy a nice stroll.
Die andere vier Mitbewohnern kommen aus China, aber die meisten können auch gut Deutsch und Englisch sprechen. Die Wohnung ist eher Zweck-WG, trotzdem ist jeder hier nett und freundlich.

The other four roommates are from China, but most of them can speak good German and English. Even though the apartment is more "Zweck-WG," everybody here is nice and friendly.
Die Nebenkosten enthalten:
- 5 EUR für Internet
- 2.5 EUR pro Nutzung der Waschmaschine
- Warmes Wasser für die Dusche
Der obengenannte Betrag ist die durchschnittliche monatliche Ausgabe von mir.
Die sonstige Kosten sind für Strom, die nach Verbrauch von dem Vermieter gezählt werden. Ich benutze durchschnittlich zwischen 12 - 18 EUR pro Monat.

The "Nebenkosten" include:
