Ippendorf is a quiet part of the city. It takes only 5 minutes to go to Poppelsdorfer Platz by bus. There are two bus lines and one can catch one every 10 minutes during the weekdays.
The town center of Ippendorf is 10 minutes walk uphill. There is everything you might need there: Edeka, Sparkasse, pharmacy, post office, etc. But there are also lots more in Poppelsdorf; there are great restaurants and cafes.
The location of the house is optimal for students, especially for those who study medicine at Uniklinik and natural sciences at Poppelsdorf/Endenich campus.
We are Sami and Federica. Federica is a doctor and Sami is a mathematician. We are two friends living here for almost one year. We are currently very busy writing a master's thesis.
We like to cook at home (we are enthusiastic about food and coffee), have a drink, and chat in the evenings.
