Wir, meine Tochter (17 Jahre) und ich bieten ab Sofort 2021 ein helles 13qm großes möbliertes Zimmer in zentraler Lage, die Ecke Südstadt/ Poppelsdorf/ Kessenich an.
Das Zimmer wird voraus. mit Bett, Schrank und ein kleiner Schreibtisch ähnlich wie im Bild ausgestattet und in weiss gestrichen sein.
Die Nutzung der Küche ist selbstverständlich. Internet /Wlan vorhanden und in Nebenkosten mitberücksichtigt.
TV- und Telefonnutzung können vor Ort besprochen werden.
Das wichtigste für uns ist vor allem die kulturelle Offenheit.
Denkbar wäre auch eine zukünftige Übernahme in den Mietvertrag, soweit der Eigentümer da einverstanden ist. Denn wir befinden uns gerade in Umzugsvorbereitung.
