Für 3 Monaten kann dieses schöne, helle Zimmer bewohnt werden. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Stauraum. Das Bett ist 140x200 cm groß und hat eine sehr bequeme Matratze, außerdem verfügt das Zimmer über einen großen Pax Schrank mit Kleiderstange und Fächern, Schreibtisch und Bürozubehör, Sessel, ergonomischen Bürostuhl, einen Monitor mit HDMI-Eingang und Boxen. Da es zur Straße hin sehr leise ist, eignet sich das Zimmer perfekt als Arbeitsplatz.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche mit gemütlichem Esstisch und einer Couch. Das Inventar der Küche ist sehr sehr gut bestückt: Spülmaschine (momentan defekt), Backofen, Reiskocher, Pürierstab, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Gefrierschrank und vieles mehr sind vorhanden und können gerne mitbenutzt werden. Von der Küche aus kommt man auf den Balkon, der nach hinten zum Garten hin vor Blicken geschützt ist. Dort befinden sich ein Tisch und zwei Stühle.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Des Weiteren gibt es im Keller noch eine Waschmaschine und vor dem Haus eine Garage um das Fahrrad sicher unterzubringen.
Die Gesamtmiete ist 450 € inklusive: Strom, Heizungskosten, Internet, Wasser, Rundfunkbeitrag und Nebenkosten.
You can rent this beautiful room for about 10 weeks! This room is well-equipped and big enough for storing all your stuff. The beds' size is 140x200 cm and has a really comfortable mattress. A big wardrobe, desk, armchair, office chair, display with HDMI-input and sound system. You can hear almost nothing from the street next to your window, as only a few cars drive by, so you can study/work at any time without being disturbed.
The kitchen includes a cozy table and a sofa. An oven, rice cooker, immersion blender, water boiler, toaster, freezer and a lot more can be used to simplify your day. You can access the balcony throughout the kitchen, it includes a table and two chairs. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The washing machine can be found in the cellar. To keep your bike safe, you can put it in the garage.
The total rent is 450€ including electricity, heating and internet is included, as well as the Rundfunkbeitrag and other costs.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Kessenich. Die Bahnlinien 61, 62 und 66, 63, 16, sowie verschiedene Buslinien sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohngegend ist gepflegt und ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Am Hauptgebäude der Universität und dem Campus in Poppelsdorf ist man ebenfalls in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Bus. Am Rhein bzw. in der Rheinaue ist man zu Fuß in unter 10 Minuten.
In wenigen Gehminuten sind Rewe, LIDL, DM, Bio-Laden, Apotheken, Sparkasse und Volksbank, Postfiliale, mehrere Bäcker, Parfümerie, Blumenladen und ein Fitnessstudio zu erreichen.
The apartment is located centrally in Kessenich. The tram 61, 62 and 66, 63, 16 as well as several busses can be reached within a few minutes. You can reach the central station within 10 minutes by bike or bus/tram, as well as the main facility of the university and the Campus of Poppelsdorf. The Rhein/Rheinaue is only 10 minutes away (by foot).
Rewe, LIDL, DM, an organic store, pharmacy, Sparkasse and Volksbank, post office, bakeries and a gym are close nearby.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Laura (22 Jahre alt), Anglistik und Germanistik Studentin, teilen. Ich würde sie als sehr umgänglich, weltoffen und als Kaffee-Junkie beschreiben. Sie ist immer für einen Spaß oder ein Feierabend-Bierchen zu haben, auch wenn sie manchmal zu viel arbeitet. Laura ist Vegetarierin und auch anderen Ernährungsformen offen. Das Zusammenleben ist total entspannt. Wenn man Lust hat, kann man zusammen spielen, kochen und essen oder einfach nur gemütlich rumsitzen und reden oder auch etwas zusammen unternehmen. Wichtig wäre nur, dass du ein Grundverständnis von Sauberkeit hast.
Your new roomie would be Laura (22 years old), she studies English Studies and German. I would describe her as a nice, open-minded coffee-junkie. She can be really fun and is always in for a beer after work/university, even when she works a bit too much. Laura is vegetarian but open-minded regarding other eating habits. In this house everything is possible: you can just chill by yourself in your room or have a lot of fun while playing board games, cooking and eating together, just chilling in the kitchen or going out together. The only thing that's necessary is that you can clean up after yourself without having a cleaning schedule.
Besichtigungstermine sind ab sofort möglich. Absprache am besten direkt mit Laura via Email. Nach Absprache kann auch schon einige Tage eher eingezogen werden bzw. der Zeitraum verändert werden.

Fahrrad kann über den Zeitraum der Miete genutzt werden.
