Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist Hell und gut geschnitten. Es besitzt Holzboden und zwei große Fenster.
Das gemeinsame Bad besitzt ein Fenster und ist geräumig.
Die gemeinsame Küche ist relativ klein aber für 2-4 Personen nutzbar.
Es gibt auch einen kleinen garten der nach absprache mitbenutzt werden kann.
Nach meiner Erfahrung ist die Wohnung gut isoliert und auch im Sommer angenehm.
Zwei minuten entfernt färht der Bus. An der Bahn ist man in 5 Minuten.
Mit dem fahrad in die Stadt dauert es nur 5 Minuten.
Es gibt einen Netto und Rewe in der nähe(10 - 15 min) sowie einen Bäcker(5 min).
Die Wohnung liegt am Fuß des Venusberg und man ist in 5 min im Wald.
Ich bin 24 und studiere zurzeit Informatik. Ich würde mich selbst als offen, lustig und umgänglich bezeichnen.
Ich suche eine*n Mitbewohner*in die offen ist und ein WG-Leben nicht nur als Zweckgemeinschaft ansieht.
Gelegentlich ist ein Hund zu Besuch
