Hallo Zusammen,
ich habe eine Dreizimmerwohnung in Zentraler Lage Bonn-Kessenich, in die im Dezember mein 24 jähriger Sohn Lukas eingezogen ist. Das kleinere Zimmer steht ab sofort zur Vermietung frei.
Momentan ist es unmöbliert. Wenn keine eigenen Möbel vorhanden sind, könnte wir evtl. bei der Möblierung unterstützen.
Ansonsten gibt es ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer/Wohnküche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, einen Balkon und ein Gäste-WC.
Die Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und praktisch für eine WG geschnitten. Kessenich ist ein Lebendiger Stadtteil mit guter Infrastruktur. Bus und Bahn sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Lukas würde sich als entspannt, sympathisch und gesellig bezeichnen, der im Sozialen Bereich tätig ist.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Haus anzumieten.
Sowohl Einzugsdatum als auch die Miete sind im realistischen Rahmen Verhandlungsbasis wenn die „Chemie“ stimmt.
