The approximately 17sqm room is located on the ground floor of the student villa – a detached house with a large garden directly on the Messdorfer Feld. The room is characterized by its beautiful real wood parquet and its large window front. The room includes a private terrace which is accessible directly from the room (see photo).
Overall, the student villa has four rooms (two on the ground floor, two on the 1st floor). On the ground floor there is also a toilet, a large kitchen and a small living room with corner sofa and TV. In the 1st OG is the bathroom with toilet and shower. In the basement of the house there is a large washing cellar with a new washing machine and a new, large fridge-freezer combination. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully functional and has a basic kitchenware and dishwasher. The refrigerator in the kitchen is complemented by a large fridge-freezer combination in the basement. At the kitchen table all residents can comfortably find space at the same time.
The bright living room is furnished with a new corner couch where all residents can also find space at the same time. There is a new TV in the living room.
The garden (about 500sqm) includes a seating group, a barbecue and a Hollywood swing. Bicycles can be hired in a garage right next to the house. In the rear part of the garden there are sufficient areas for the self-building of fruit and vegetables.

Das ca. 17qm große Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss der Studentenvilla – eines freistehenden Hauses mit großem Garten direkt am Messdorfer Feld. Das Zimmer zeichnet sich durch sein schönes Echtholz-Parkett sowie seine große Fensterfront aus. Zum Zimmer gehört eine private Terrasse, welche direkt vom Zimmer zugänglich ist (siehe Foto).
Insgesamt verfügt die Studentenvilla über vier Zimmer (zwei im Erdgeschoss, zwei im 1. OG). Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich zudem ein WC, eine große Wohnküche und ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Ecksofa und TV. Im 1. OG befindet sich das Bad mit WC und Dusche. Im Keller des Hauses findet sich ein großer Waschkeller mit einer neuen Waschmaschine sowie einer neuen, großen Kühl-Gefrierkombination. Im ganzen Haus ist schnelles W-LAN verfügbar.
Die Küche ist voll funktionstüchtig und verfügt über eine Grundausstattung an Küchenutensilien sowie eine Spülmaschine. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche wird durch eine große Kühl-Gefrierkombination im Keller ergänzt. Am Küchentisch finden alle Bewohner zeitgleich bequem Platz.
Das helle Wohnzimmer ist eingerichtet mit einer neuen Eckcouch, auf der alle Bewohner auch zeitgleich Platz finden. Es befindet sich ein neuer Fernseher im Wohnzimmer.
Zum Garten (ca. 500qm) gehören u.a. eine Sitzgruppe, ein Grill und eine Hollywood-Schaukel. In einer Garage direkt neben dem Haus können Fahrräder diebstahlsicher abgestellt werden. Im hinteren Teil des Gartens stehen ausreichend Flächen zum Eigenbau von Obst und Gemüse zur Verfügung.
The student villa is located directly on the Messdorfer Feld in the Lessenich district. A railway station (Helmholtzstr.) is within a few minutes' walk. From here trains to the Bonner Hbf. (6 minutes driving time) and the FH Rheinbach (22 minutes). The Uni-Campus Poppelsdorf can be reached by bike across the Messdorfer Feld in about 10 minutes (approx. 3km). An ALDI and other shops are nearby.
Die Studentenvilla liegt direkt am Messdorfer Feld im Stadtteil Lessenich. Eine Bahnhaltestelle (Helmholtzstr.) ist innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Von hier fahren Züge zum Bonner Hbf. (6 Minuten Fahrzeit) sowie zur FH Rheinbach (22 Minuten). Der Uni-Campus Poppelsdorf ist mit dem Fahrrad quer über das Messdorfer Feld in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar (ca. 3km). Ein ALDI sowie weitere Geschäfte sind in der Nähe.
We want a harmonious WG life in an atmosphere where you like to study. For this we have created the framework conditions through numerous meeting places (gardens, kitchen and living room). If a resident of the 4-house WG should move out in the future, the remaining residents will be involved in the selection of new residents.
The current inhabitants: Anica (19) and Mathis (20) study both economic psychology at the University of Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. Jeremy (20) studies agricultural sciences at the University of Bonn.
Wir wünschen uns ein harmonisches WG-Leben in einer Atmosphäre, in der man gerne studiert. Dafür haben wir durch zahlreiche Begegnungsorte (Garten, Wohnküche und Wohnzimmer) die Rahmenbedingungen geschaffen. Wenn zukünftig ein Bewohner der 4er-Haus-WG ausziehen sollte, werden die verbliebenen Bewohner an der Auswahl neuer Bewohner beteiligt.
Die aktuellen Bewohner: Anica (19) und Mathis (20) studieren beide Wirtschaftspsychologie an der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. Jeremy (20) studiert Agrarwissenschaften an der Uni Bonn.
