Hallo,
ich biete ein sehr schönes möbliertes WG-Zimmer mit Wintergarten/Balkon in einem Einfamilienhaus mit Garten und Pool an. Das Haus hat ca. 120 M². Das Grundstück beträgt ca. 600 m². In dem Haus wohnt neben mir (Frau, 40 Jahre) noch ein sechsjähriges Kind sowie unsere Katze Shui. Auf Wunsch kann das Zimmer mit modernen Möbel möbliert werden (Schreibtisch, Schlafcouch, Schrank ). Die Größe des Zimmers beträgt ca. 30 m². Das gesamte Haus wurde vor vier Jahren komplett renoviert und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Internet und Waschmöglichkeiten sind frei verfügbar.
Das Haus liegt in Muffendorf bei Bad Godesberg. Der Fussweg bis zur nächsten S-Bahn-Haltestelle beträgt ca. 8 Minuten (Bonn-Mehlem).
Fahrt bis HBF Bonn ca. 6 Minuten mit der Bahn.
Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin bzw. Mitbewohner, die/der einfach von ihrem Wesen in unsere WG passt. Ob Student, berufstätig bzw. Wochenendheimfahrerin, homosexuell oder auch mit Kind ist zweitrangig - Hauptsache ist, dass es vom Menschlichen her passt.
